Their prices are rather expensive for the sizes of the offerings. $4.50 for a tiny 4oz cup of ice cream is ridiculous. I felt like I was a little kid drinking out of a little Dixie cup as small as it was. It’s not like they go over the top of the cup with the scoop either, so it really was rather disappointing. I think that we’ll just as soon go to Publix & get a couple of pints of ice cream & get way more ice cream for less money than what we’d have to pay here.

The staff is highly attentive and has good attention to detail on all orders, they are always clean and well stocked. This is my spot for an evening sweet treat or a breakfast sandwich, the ice cream is high quality and they have great flavor selections. You can also find a bunch of exotic treats to try. My favorites are the Mangonada & the Fresas con Crema. Yum!

Wow. Very few places offer great food, consistency in quality, taste, impecable customer service and an ambiance that’s safe and family friendly. I highly recommend this place. I’ve tried mangolada, strawberry and cream, hot Cheetos w/cheese, and more. So far the food & service has been top notch.

Decided to take my wife out for a sweet treat after supper and work…The banana spilt was 5 stars… being told that my wife and I could not sit down and eat in the dining area because they close in 30 min even when we offered to be quick and clean up after ourselves… 0 stars for the 2 employees, 1 named Jackeline on Monday Nov. 17th 2025… (36 min til closing) Banan split is listed for 7.50 online…charged 10.92 and I still tipped 15%…see pictures of price on their website and receipt

Authentic Mexican snacks very much needed in Bartow. The location is great and the service was excellent . We couldn’t make our minds up because they have so many options available.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! SLOW STAFF!!!! RUDE STAFF!!!! DIRTY PLACE. Came here with 2 other people and we were paying separately. Took the longest time we got in there at 7 and left at 8. There was only 2 employees and the other was one was sitting behind the counter with an unattened frito bag open and hanging off counter, SO DISGUSTING . Worst service and attitude from the employees were unacceptable, i dont understand why you get employed and get mad when you have to work??? The employees look so young too, checks out for the attitude they have. Stop hiring minors. Dirty tables, werent clean salsa was all over table. Run a better business. If i could give 0 stars i would. Not returning here ever.
