Best Macaron at Disney! Lucky Fortune Cookery has many delicious options. We ordered their Yaki Udon, Kaarge-inspired Crispy chicken sandwich, Beef birria Ramen and Baymax Macaron. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The Yaki Udon had lots of veggies and good flavor. We enjoyed the their chicken over the chicken sandwich at Pym’s kitchen. The best part of our meal was the Baymax Macaron. The shell had a nice crunch and the peppermint filling was not too sweet. Just perfect We definitely recommend mobile ordering. And the location of the cookery in San Fransokyo is most ideal at night when the lights are all lit. This area gets busy and finding a table can be difficult but turnover is quick. They have a menu update coming January 8th 2025. Can’t wait to try it!

1. The wrap is an interesting take on the honey walnut shrimp! The Baymax Macaron is really cute!
2. The spot has fun casual vibes! It is part of a food court area!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with our order! It was ready in about 10 mins!

A bit of a mixed experience here. First off: avoid the Thai Tea with boba. It had a strange, medicinal aftertaste and I ended up having to throw it away. On a positive note, the ramen was surprisingly flavorful and packed with toppings! However, the soft-boiled egg in the center was ice cold. I know it’s theme park food, but a little more consistency in temperature would go a long way.

We are at Lucky Fortune Cookery several times throughout our trip to try different foods. The kaarage inspired crispy chicken sandwich, birria ramen, and strawberry lychee cocktail were fantastic. The birria ramen came with a perfectly cooked soft boiled egg and the broth was full of flavor. We also tried the honey walnut shrimp wrap and gyoza sausage bun – these were good but didn’t wow us. The stars of the show were definitely the chicken sandwich and ramen.

Lucky Fortune Cookery conveniently locates in the food court with many other restaurants in Disney California Adventure Park. Ordering is very easy thanks to the online system and I highly recommend so you don’t need to wait in line. There should be plenty of tables in the food court at all time and there was a Baymax meet & greet area nearby.

The food, on the other hand, is just okay compared to the high price. We ordered the Yaki Udon with Karaage-inspired Crispy Chicken. The udon was flavorful with great texture, but the chicken is quite dry and didn’t look that delicious. However, I think this is still one of the easy-to-eat comfort food that you can get to fill up your belly quickly between rides if you don’t know what to choose.

I mean it was all great. The chicken karaage sandwich, fantastic. The beef bulgogi burrito, very good as well, although a tad too much rice.

The ube beer they had there was awesome, too. Very much on the sweeter side, but if you like kinda dessert-y beers like I do, it’s for you.

Not sure who’s complaining about this place, but I enjoyed it very much (although the loud and incessant j-pop will make you want to limit your time here).

Visited here during 2 visits as this seems to be one of the few places offering Asian food.
Mobile order is definitely the way to go as the line was always long during lunch and dinner time. We usually ordered about 1-2 hours before as the time slots would usually get filled up if we waited till when we wanted to eat to order.

The vegetarian yaki udon and it was not that great as it was cold when I picked it up from the window. I didn’t know there would be so much ginger mixed in (as I’m not a fan of ginger).
The chicken teriyaki was a bit better but it a tad too sweet for my tastes.
The lychee tea was probably the best part, the tea was refreshing and the lychee jelly was a nice addition.
The beef birria ramen left a lot to be desired though. I had to eat through the whole bowl of ramen before I could find the beef which turned to just be 1-2 bites of brisket.
If you have a small appetite or want a small snack, I recommend order the kids serving size of their dishes. It comes on a small plate but is a decent amount of food for the price.

Kinda let down with the quality of the food here after hearing good reviews about it while researching DCA food.

I would highly recommend ordering from their app instead of waiting in line. It was way faster than waiting in line. Their Teriyaki chicken bowl with rice was really good!

Good service
Ramen taste was good but noodles were clumped
Egg was not cooked properly tasted almost ready
Portions were just okay not incredibly large per Disney standards usually
Wished there were pickled vegetables or something and didn’t see but I ate it with a fork. Who eats Ramen with a fork and spoon ??? Or maybe I didn’t see where the chopsticks were. The condiments station only had fork and spoon and Napkins. But it did fit the bill . Okay price and Did fill my Ramen fix and satisfy me.
