I like the new renovations — the place looks snazzy, clean, and it’s great to see clear separation between mobile orders and in-person ones.
I’ll admit, I ordered more than one person probably should — but ever since moving to New Jersey, I haven’t had a Wendy’s nearby and had been craving it. I got the $7 burger deal (Dave’s Single and Original Chicken Sandwich), plus a Frosty and loaded fries. The food was delivered fresh, hot, and tasted great.
My one pet peeve is with the loaded fries. I always request no salt, but 95% of the time the kitchen is so backed up that they still come out salty. Considering how salty the loaded fries are to begin with, it really adds up — enough to raise some health concerns. A small fries is 420 mg (18% of DV/Daily Value) sodium and loaded fries jump it up to a 1000 mg (43% of DV) enough to spike someone’s blood pressure. I’d suggest Wendy’s corporate either put a process in place to handle special requests properly, reduce the overall salt formulation or let customers know if they can’t accommodate them. Either way, some clarity would go a long way.

Despite different low ratings I would give a five star to this location. I found everything just perfect. Nice and clean interior, furniture are nicely organized and clean. Counter service was good. Staff are friendly and helpful with customers. Actually I didn’t find anything wrong here. Restrooms were clean and well organized too. Great job

Two horrible experiences. Do not recommend this location. Extremely rude unprofessional staff. Refused to give me an order that I had paid for, even after showing them the receipt. Received a sandwhich with a long piece of hair wedged under the melted cheese. Absolutely disgusted with the food and the lack of service

Staff get your food as fast as possible. It’s very clean, you can see your food being prepared. Wendy’s is Wendy’s So…….if you Enjoy the food you will not be disappointed.

I got a gross lemonade today and lady in the morning didn’t give my recipt and when I called over the phone they said they couldn’t help me . Like nobody can look up my recipet ?
