This was my partner and I’s first visit to any location from this chain. We were referred by someone who stopped by their place of employment.
First impressions were very welcoming. The interior was very clean and organized and we were greeted by the staff upon entering.
With it being our first visit we needed a little time to decide on our choices, and we were not rushed. Details about our considerations were explained, and samples of some of the ingredients were offered. The food itself was fresh and made to order, and it did not disappoint.
Our choices were the chicken salad sandwich and the Italian beef. Chicken salad had a good amount of craisins, and wasn’t swimming in mayo. The balance of ingredients was perfect. As for the Italian beef, the giardiniera peppers offered a nice bite of spice, but not overwhelming to erase the flavor of the rest of the sandwich.
We were definitely impressed with the quality of the food, and won’t hesitate to return.

Pickleman’s is always such a GREAT crowd pleaser for our entire family!! The sandwiches–especially the bread–always hits the spot for us all! The Cuban and The Italian Club sandwiches are my favorite and my kids LOVE the Turkey Bacon Club.

Order delivery took and hour but I get it places get busy, got my food and items were missing, the lady I talked to was very nice and offered to refund my whole order! And I got my sandwich made perfectly! Love their food.

I came in the other day and I am now leaving a review because it has been extremely irritating and has been on my mind too much. I went in with my wife as we sat down to eat. She accidentally spilt her drink. I went up to the counter to ask for something to help clean it up and the lady near the register was extremely rude to me saying “you need to figure it out yourself we are busy”. This was completely unacceptable and unnecessary. I asked one of the workers who she is and they told me she is some corporate manager by the name of Jennifer, Jen or something like that.I always came to eat here but we will not be coming back after that. Who ever that corporate person is needs to be fired if she is treating customers like that. Completely unacceptable.

I have never been here before and I have allergies to certain ingredients. When I walked in I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile. I was able to ask questions and got the answers I needed to make the best choice for me. The manager even came behind the line to make his personal recommendation. All in all they were very patient and kind to me. I will 100% return here.

My first experience dining at this location was thoroughly disappointing. The staff failed to prepare my sandwich correctly initially, and even after fixing it, they added cold toppings that should have been heated in the oven. It’s evident that they lack the skills to address customer concerns adequately, especially considering the price of the $13 sandwich. It’s clear to spend your money elsewhere or visit another Pickleman’s location if you’re craving their food.

Bad experience owing to poor customer service, high prices, and dirty location.
Several of the staff members were in the back and not paying attention to customers. The seating areas were dirty with stuff all over the floor. Men’s room was out of paper towels. Staff were barely friendly. The worst part is paying a premium price for a small sandwich. There is absolutely nothing generous about this chain.

Very disappointed with you guys. I usually come here often. My fiancé went in to get my sandwich I always get and you guys failed to put lettuce or tomato on my sandwich, every sandwich comes with lettuce and tomato. He also said you guys took forever and it was very poor service. Not impressed at all.
