The team in this office over the last few years had over all been amazing, kind, and good at what they do. The other pizza hits don’t feel as clean and warm though if say they are. It’s just the lighter decor for one… And big smiles there go along ways toward a five star.

Cause I know of only two Pizza Hut locations that provide the best quality pizza and the best quality customer service in the Puget Sound area and the Fife location is one of them. Employee Bansom was kind , friendly, energetic and took pride in her work she reminded me about the good quality bacon it was on my pizza. Pizza Hut needs more employees like this she deserves a raise. Thank you five location keep up the good work.

I ordered 2 6 packs of wings. One was missing and they were dry as well. I called the store as they now charge 11.49 for 6 wings and they were inedible. I Got an attitude from the manager and laughed at by her as well. She said the wings are simply too expensive to fix the mistake and she wouldn’t be doing that. I told her that they are indeed inedible and I’d be more than happy to give them untouched for a replacement and she told me no. When I asked her name she refused and hung up. I made an order on the 1st of November, for a Big Dinner Box, in this box it had 2 pizzas, breadsticks and a pasta dish.
But by the time I received the delivery, they sent me a completely different order, I got 2 different pizzas, same breadsticks, but got wings instead of the pasta.
When I called the store, to ask for the reason for the mess up, and see if they could just remake the order. It was met “sorry we can’t do that, they wouldn’t refund the order. The only thing they could do was credit the amount that the order costs to my phone number. They said I had 30 days to spend $50 bucks in store.
Well I called in a week later to use this so called $50 bucks, and they said there was in total $17 bucks attach to the phone number, so where is the $33 bucks.
I honestly don’t recommend this store.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza regular crust from pizza Hut Fife Washington , got chicken green peppers, strips of Canadian bacon , Ordered 6 wings $ 41:00 tipped the driver $ 9:00 called to report the mistake they made , they hung up on me the first time , called back 3 times they answered placed me on hold for over 10 minutes came back to the phone , only to tell me that I ordered Hawaiian chicken pizza. the worker who the order made the mistake but refused except responsibility for his mistake which i called in

There’s nothing worse than paying for something and getting something you didn’t ask for !

The young lady that hand delivered my pizza curbside yesterday was pleasant and attentive. This is the second time that I had visited this location in the last two weeks. Each time she told me that she apologized for the wait, even though the pizza was on time. She said that she was running the restaurant along.
Even still the food quality was great, plus even though she was alone she was in great spirits.

My Fife delivery is always hot and usually within the hour or less. I usually get the same driver. She’s very friendly and we chat a few seconds each time. Nice to know people will still take a couple seconds to be nice.
