My mom wanted us to bring her a Valentino’s Feast! She loves their Wings plain and dips them in Creamy Italian. Giant fresh Salad. Jumbo Pizza Half Sausage, Half Cheese. Baked Mostaccioli with Meat Sauce. I went online and was able to find a Family Deal. Ordered from 70th and Van Dorn, it was ready pretty quickly. Kids ate so much and Mom was Ecstatic!

Ordered a pizza for pickup and was told 7 to 7:05. Got here at 7:05 and was told “they were behind. 10 minutes later specifically asked and told that my pizza just was in the office. Always before Vals has made it right if they didn’t meet what they said they would. NOTHING today!! So I like Vals pizza but it’s definitely not the least expensive option and now I’m waiting 20 minutes past the pickup time they gave me and not even an offer of a drink or something. Probably go PapaJs next time. Disappointed!

I really don’t know why this is so popular but to each their own. The sauce was good but the crust is a floppy mess even for a bread/pan style they are going for and and just doesn’t have as good flavor. Almost as if they are using old dough and mixing it in with the new dough to give it that slightly sour year flavor. i ordered 3 jumbo one topping pepperoni pizzas and 3 orders of basics and it was a little over $90 which also seemed like way to much even if I liked the pizza. I’ll not be going back. It’s a is for me. I am not into spending way too much for mediocre food in homage too nostalgia. PASS….

At first I was slightly annoyed, Because I ordered online take out which indicated it might take 20 minutes or more depending on how busy it is. Which is totally understandable.
The place was extremely busy, Which in my opinion means the food is pretty good.
I waited patiently because you could see the work staff was working hard to fill everybody’s orders.
Once I got home I realized that the salad was incorrect and I was missing garlic bread.
I realized it was an honest mistake because they were extremely busy.
But you always want what you paid for.
I decided to call the store and talk to the manager (Dennis) I explain the situation and told him I wasn’t mad I just asked if it would be possible to get a refund for the garlic bread.
*** this manager should get a raise! He not only apologized for the honest mistake and said he would be willing to deliver me a gift card tonight.
I told him that I knew he was very busy and I would be willing to pick up the gift card the next day.
Way to go Valentino’s Business Motto.

I ordered pepperoni pizza.. I am sorry but I didn’t like it .. it’s taste weird and the pepperoni were under the cheese.. I thought it would come in slices but it came in square. I grew up eating pizza from nyc and florida..iam so disappointed with the outside food in lincoln. But you continue to do ur pizza. I know not every pizza is the same..

Ordered a pizza online. Credit card company shows the charge. Got to the take-out store. No pizza. Tried to explain it to someone at the store and they denied any involvement, would not accept any explanation and would not make it right. Said we needed to take it up with corporate. So, $24.27 for NOTHING!!! Last time I go to this place.
