Waited almost an hour after placing my order online (via the JJ website) to be notified that it had been canceled because “the delivery could not be completed” ??? lol
I had been passing the time looking at all the different names of the Uber drivers that kept getting about a couple blocks away from the shop before they were diverted away from my delivery and it was shuffled onto the next driver. No less than 7 times! So much fun!
Sincerely, how does this shop have any repeat delivery customers?

Unfortunately I chose this location vs driving to the highlands location. If you plan to change anything on your sandwich don’t come to this location. I ordered a Cubano and wanted to add lettuce and tomato. Simple order and I said it three times. Justin, the cashiers name on the receipt, was on his phone instead of fully paying attention. When my order was called I saw the girl wrapping it, mentioned there was supposed to be lettuce and tomato and was ignored until I said it again and she said “not on the receipt”. Asked for a side of them, enough for a sandwich, and had to wait while they called out 5 other orders. Had to ask again, wait longer, and was given a tiny cup of lettuce and two tomato slices for a 16” sandwich.

Im here at this store. The guy was in the back. He finally came out. Told him what I wanted with extras. He completely disregarded my preferences, wrapped my sandwich and told me he was done making it after I expressed he didn’t add my specifications. He told me tonadd my own mustard ! He then told me it was cash only and then threw my sandwich in the trash saying he was closed.

Ordered via mobile app around 12:30. Received incomplete order an hour later. I had ordered a little box lunch and when it arrived, the chips were missing so I’m owed money because lunch time is over and I don’t want the chips anymore. The sandwich itself was clearly hastily made and had way too much oil. Paid .50 cents for provolone and the sandwich has no cheese. Would love if someone could reach out to make this right as I did not receive everything I ordered.

This location is close to my work, so I visit quite often for lunch, and very rarely have a normal experience. There’s one older gentleman that delivers orders via bike, that has helped me out a few times, and he is extremely friendly and customer service oriented. Literally every other employee I have dealt with has been comically unprofessional. Always listening to headphones or having conversations with other employees during the transaction; I typically don’t receive eye contact during the interaction. This is Jimmy John’s, I’m looking to be in and out, and don’t expect much at all – just halfway friendly service and a correct order, but this is consistently ridiculous. Most recently, I waited 16 minutes for my sandwich. After I had been patiently waiting near the counter for a while, they realized they forgot to make my sandwich. With visible annoyance, they asked what I had ordered and made it. Once done, it was literally tossed onto the pick up counter as the employees talked and laughed together. No eye contact, no “sorry for the mixup”, “thank you for your patience”, or “have a nice day”. I just got back to the office and realized it is missing both hot peppers and bacon. This particular location is staffed with folks who clearly haven’t had any shred of customer service training. If you’re hungry, just go to qdoba, noodles & co, or any other option close by. Train your employees.

I am officially done with this location. They have on three separate occasions, taken well over an hour to deliver my food. I will never order from here again after I placed a pickup order and it wasn’t ready for a full thirty minutes. When I got home and opened it, the lettuce was brown. If it was a sandwich I probably would have brushed it off. It wasn’t, the entire Unwhich was brown. The last few times I’ve had to call this location there never seems to be a manager around, so I’m not going to try again. I will simply just not return.

Got a number 16 Lulu, which is turkey and bacon. My sandwich didn’t have any bacon on it. My husband picked it up earlier for me so that he could use my car so I have no car to get back up. There guy was not willing to do anything to help me out When you order some food you expect it to be the way it was supposed to be. Wasn’t my fault was their fault I can’t drive up there cause my husband has the car just very irritating
