Be advised if you order online and don’t pickup your food on time… It can be given to the wrong person. Once that person gets home and realizes what happens and calls the store to get their correct order made, the store expects you to bring the wrong order back so they don’t “have to remake it”… No matter what you may or may not have done to it, once you realized it wasn’t yours. Sounds like unsafe food practices going on over there. I’ve never had a problem with this Moe’s location but this happened to my daughter today. When she asked me if she should take the food back, I said “no. They can’t give that food out, because they don’t know if you tampered with it or something.” She texted me from the restaurant to say that they did in fact ask for the food back and then stated “well I guess we’ll have to remake it”. Kinda scary actually and from now on will just order in person if I need to.

Not sure how i feel about this location specifically. The food portions were for a little kid. I had all this space in my bowl and barely any food. I’m not sure if I liked the food because it was good or because I was hungry but I ate it.

The food was hands down delicious. First time ever eating . I give them a four stars service because when my husband and I walked in, nobody greeted us and we just stood there for a few minutes. Which I thought was rude .

I have not been to a Moe’s in a long while. I like the salsa bar, it is the thing I forgot about this place. I got the homewrecker bowl, with chips and a side queso. With a drink it was 19 bucks.

What Happened? Use to be decent food. But gone to complete trash. Cold food(chicken). Uncooked rice not edible.

Just went in to buy 2 kids meals for my sons (steak burrito and steak taco). We had the nicest conversation with the 2 gentlemen working behind the counter. The food was excellent! But the friendly service was even better!
