On January 7, 2026 we ordered a 14 inch classic combo thin crust pizza. It cost us $36.17 and arrived a half an hour late. IT WAS BURNT BLACK (see photos) and not edible. First, we called the local store and reported the incident. Then we wrote and contacted the corporate office. We promptly received a message back from the corporate office that said they were not affiliated with Rosati’s pizza in Tanque verde. We have been getting pizza in the Oro Valley location for years and just started getting pizza from the Tanque verde location. It is inconceivable to us how a burnt pizza could leave the restaurant. The woman that answered the phone at the Restaurant said maybe the chef left it in the oven too long. Why should I pay for his problem?

Ordered on 12/10/25 430pm. Garlic cheese bread obviously was not checked after it came out. Overcooked with zero flavor. Deep dish pizza had very little cheese. Shocked as that is part of a deep dish style pizza. Toppings super sparse. The lasagna had chicken and chewy beef and tasted weird. The fettuccine Alfredo was dry as a bone, very little sauce. Best thing was the ranch and honey garlic sauce. I wish we can determine tip AFTER we eat. This $220 meal was very disappointing. What happened to this place? I’m being very serious on this review, not embellishing the negativity.

Pretty much a pick up/carry out location. There are 2 or 3 bar-type tables. Not really conducive to eating there. Recommended by many as THE place to get Chicago style thin crust pizza. Their north location is the eat-in location, but it’s nice to have one at this end of town. Not Thin crust as I remember it from Chicago, but the best in Tucson.

Their food is really good but don’t buy any of their sides! $9.00 for 5 1/2 onion rings is not worth it, sides are to expensive! (Almost $2.00 for 1 onion ring…. Come on guys!!!)

We have been eating here for a while and not once did this happen before. There was if i’m not wrong a bacon meat in the veggie pizza. I was discusted. There wasn’t just one but several pieces that fell in it but realized too late after i eating some. In a veggie pizza btw.

Really great pizza, absolutely will be ordering again. Super friendly family owned staff. Ingredients are top notch, we got the Rosati Monster with everything, I personally could do without the green olives but everything else was amazing. Especially the sausage, and I typically loathe sausage on pizza. The only thing I didn’t particularly enjoy was the crust… It needs some more flavor or be a little lighter, it’s kinda dense and dry. Puts the overall at 4.8 instead of a perfect 5. Will absolutely not stop me from ordering again.

I have been used to my Midwest pizzas. This is running a close second. So far have only ordered the thin crust. Not a bad crust. Overall a very good pizza.

I heard new owners had taken over. I decided to try them. I called in to order an eggplant sandwich and baked mostcacholli, I was told they had neither item. I ordered a classic spinach pizza which is $15.95 on their website and also 12 inch pepperoni pizza. The total cost was $ 41.85. This place is a rip off. The girl that waited on me said” you ordered 3 toppings” .I told her the website says $15.95 for 3 topping spinach, mushroom, and tomato. Massive disappointment
