Well, I’ve been trying to get here all month long and surprising enough. Christmas Eve was the best time to go.
No wait, light noise, and a fun atmosphere.
Other days though it was light 20- 45 minutes wait switch I never waited.
But once we got there, we were greeted by the server and were seated right away. The server gave me enough time to order and look through the menu. Btw you can ask for a real menu. I got a few drinks and some delicious French fries. I think they put a pinch of sugar in there for the holiday. Salt and sweet. I like it so I didn’t complain. I had the Christmas vacations, krumpus in Cancun, and slay all day. They krumpus one was may favorite. They drinks were super cute and tasteful. Made strong.
I went to the bar and ask for some games
They usually don’t have any but they had some cards for us tonight.
We probably play for about two hours there. The server short blond hair very nice and was always there when you needed her. Never complain about how long we were there for.
They also have a back patio(huge) very nice and space ish.
We checked out with another server Rachel ?? I know her from high school some how giggle
Check us out and was super nice booth server were kicking ass and helping each other out well. I like seeing that. So give both those ladies a tip

It’s a Wonderful pop up Christmas themed for drinks. Decorated really nice for Christmas the drinks were really sweet but good along the Christmas theme it was 10 out of 10 would recommend get there when they first open so you don’t have a hey wait for seats. Definitely brought up the Christmas spirit it was really holiday-themed if you haven’t tried it recommend you do

Tony was absolutely wonderful as our server. I was struggling on what beer I would like and Tony helped me by giving me one I absolutely loved. The full ride burger was hands down the best burger I have ever had in my entire life. Loved the food, the atmosphere, the staff, and the drinks. Will definitely be coming back!

Would give 0 stars if possible for service and food. Got there to add our name to the list at 5:45 wait was roughly an hour. Was seated early at 6:40. Our server never told us her name and she honestly looked pissed she had to be there. We ordered drinks which were good but decently expensive $15 and I ordered a water as well. We asked about food and the waitress very hesitantly said yes they have food after about. 30 second pause. She said she would be back to get our order, but did not come back to the table for 40 minutes. The two tables on each side of us turned over with food and drinks in the time we were there. She finally came back she said “are you guys doing okay?” With empty drinks and no order taken, we said no you never came back to get our order. She said “oh.” And that was all, no apology or anything. She put our order in. I caught another waitress to ask for the water I never got, to which the waitress slammed it on the table without a word and walked off. The waitress passed off her section to another server, who was incredibly kind and attentive but unfortunately our experience so far was terrible. We waited for our food for another 45 minutes and asked the new server. She said it was “almost done” but would be another 20 minutes. We asked to pay for our drinks and leave at 8:40 without food. A manager never came to the table or apologized or anything. We went next door to pappos and Recieved food in 22 minutes with wonderful service. The environment is cool, but be prepared to be disappointed. Unfortunately after talking to several people this has been a trend here. I want to give it another shot but I’m not willing to throw away over 2 hours again on one of my only nights off again. My advice for the waitress after hearing this is normal behavior for her, I would suggest a new career field.

We had the cheese pizza balls and garlic bread for appetizers. I had Micah’s chicken which was superb! I don’t know how to describe the sauce, but it has the right amount of spice, sweet, and flavor. My husband had the chicken strips and fries. They’re hand breaded and well cooked which he loves. Price wise for 2 apps, 2 meals, and drinks it was a very good price point. Definitely worth checking out and we’ll be back!

Second time in Downtown Springfield. Thank you Ross B for the fabulous service. Beer was cold and the G-Bread appetizer was on point! I love garlic and you had a perfectly measured amount on this dish.

I really wanted to like this place because they did put an amazing amount of energy in decorating for the holidays. But that’s where the effort stopped. Seating took a while but was understandable. However the waitress obviously did not want to be there or just did not know how to be even an average waitress. The cost was high for the 2 EXTREMELY BURNT like black chicken tenders and the handful of some of the Worst fries we have ever
