The team was quick and attentive, and the store remained clean despite being busy with both pickup and in-store orders. A staff member even stopped by to ask if they could take our trash, which was a really nice touch. I also love having the mini-bowl option.

I ordered 3 cheese nachos thru Door Dash. Let me tell you they did not put more than half the ingredients I asked for! When I called the manager he tried to say it was door dash fault that they picked up the wrong order. I then had to explain that my name was on the receipt along with ALL the ingredients I chose. They gave me queso sauce & black beans (I lie to you not)! The manager finally agreed to exchange my order bc I told him I was on my way up there! I gave 2 stars for service only bc I ended up with my correct order. And the guy who made it was nice & understanding. I know the person who made the 1st order was there looking me in my face & didn’t realize how serious my big back wanted them nachos

I came in for a quick lunch before Christmas shopping in the area and the food was delicious. I ordered the new tortilla soup and I definitely recommend it. The staff were all super friendly too which is a huge bonus! I’ve tried all of the competition (Moe’s, Chipotle, Etc.) but Qdoba is by far my favorite! Definitely coming back.

I recently went to Qdoba for take out and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of hair in my burrito. This unexpected encounter significantly affected my enjoyment of the meal. While the flavors were commendable, the hygiene lapse was disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes steps to address such incidents to maintain their reputation for quality service and cleanliness. Very bad experience.

It’s smell so bad as soon as you walk in, went to the bathroom in almost pass out. I would like to know is how your tacos been sitting there in one in there to order. My son and I stopped by for lunch today. He liked the quesadilla. I got a taco salad with all the fixings. We were in a hurry and everyone there took great care of us today. I’ve been to Moes, chipotle( so much better than Chipotle), plaza Azteca and plenty of other places but I think we might have to make this a regular stop after basketball. My son loved his brownie after. It was a nice way to celebrate a good practice.

Store opens 11am. They didn’t open until 11:15am. Then steak wasn’t ready employee said they were cutting it up so I was okay to wait. I waited until 11:30am. The steak came out raw in the inside you can see it in the picture. I told the manager so other customers don’t complain. He said it doesn’t come well done. Im use to rare but that steak was definitely raw in the inside. I ended up getting double steak too $15 You guys can be the judge. It’s 11:53 I went to chipotle instead lol. It is what it is.

I used to go to QDoba many years ago when the company I worked for was close to one. I loved it then and now, quite a few years later. I rediscovered QDoba a few weeks ago, and I’m hooked. The food is fresh and well prepared (no Chipotle style over cooked dried out food and rude obnoxious staff), and the wonderful people behind the counter are curtious and helpful. I had the 3 tacos, and the employee helping me made some great suggestions. I’ll be going back to try more!
