Food quality and selection were poor. Not a bagel to be found. The eggs were scrambled everyday, runny or hard as a rock in the pan. The potatoes were sometimes undercooked but usually mush, meant to be homefry style but a fail every day for a week. Wheat or white bread or a super stale tiny muffin. Coffee was full of grounds no matter how full the pot was and weak at best.
The area is just fancy seating with a counter where the buffet is, not actually a restaurant, so don’t expect that.

Typically good. Our waitress wasn’t very good. Didn’t catch her name because we seen her twice. I had two helpings of prime rib and my wife had one but the rest of our party never received their food.(although others ordered the prime as well)They canceled their orders after over an hour of waiting. My mom finally got hers after everyone else left. Right then I requested our check. 45 minutes later I got it. After I went to the front desk to find out where I could pay. Waste of three hours of my evening which was for my mother’s birthday. Don’t be sorry. Be better.

Food was really good for the price. But the service was terrible. Our waitress never checked up on us and my mother had to find someone to do the computer system so we could pay our check. The lady behind the bar was new and she didnt know how to do the computer system. When my mom asked nicely for new silverware the waitress flung 3 new rolls onto the table. Our waitress never checked on her other tables. The table behind us was getting aggravated that no one took his order in 20 minutes. The place was not that busy. The other waitress was pay more attention to the older gentleman than the rest of the tables. That were ready to order or pay for their check. I would only order to go orders.

This review is to call out the bartender working the night of 8/17, PollyAnn. She had a full bar and a table of older good old boys yelling orders to her, etc. It was chaotic, but she handled it like a champ! As a fellow industry person back home, I really admired how much in control she was of a full bar (and some boisterous blokes) and almost everyone was ordering food. I actually didn’t really want to leave, but it was Sunday night and time to let her close. Well done, PollyAnn! If I’m every driving through Casper again, I will stop in again.

Quoted 15 minutes for fish and chips by room service upon ordering. Called 30 minutes later after and told larger orders before us so it should be up soon. 15 minutes later an over-cooked hamburger arrives. Tops is the burger is burned and cooked with hate.

Stayed here for work. Had the spicy cheddar bacon fries for an appetizer ( really good) as well as The Inside Out ( chicken cordon Bleu) – which was on the salty side and almost not edible ( long day of work and hungry ). Once into my meal I noticed . 50 cent wing night which I wished I ordered. Overall, the service from the waitress/ bartender made up for the salty entree. Next time, I know what I’m going to order.

We went to have dinner and ended up eating in the bar, which was fine. I felt bad for the bartender as she was a waitress and a bartender but she was fantastic. The food was delicious and we really loved that they put fresh jalapenos on our fries. I had a chicken sandwich it was also wonderful. I highly recommend this place.
