My family and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine kindness and professionalism. Their customer service was truly excellent — warm, attentive, and courteous throughout our entire visit. It’s clear they care deeply about making guests feel welcome and valued. David was an Excellent Employee whom fits all of the Criteria of what i mentioned Above and Beyond.
The food was equally impressive. There was a wide variety of options on the menu, with something for everyone — whether you’re craving something hearty, healthy, or unique. Everything we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. You really can’t go wrong with any choice here!
The ambience was another highlight. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and inviting — perfect for a relaxed family dinner or even a casual night out with friends.
What made this experience even more meaningful is that we had just come from a different restaurant where the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We left that place immediately because, for us, quality customer service is everything. Thankfully, this restaurant more than made up for it. The difference in professionalism and hospitality was night and day.
We will absolutely be returning, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. They truly got everything right.

This was the first time that I have ever experienced food from Peri Peri and it was by far one of my favorite experiences! They had AMAZING seasoning on their fries. Their extra hot was actually extra hot and my husband loved the burrito from here. I tried their wrap which was just excellent. I would go lighter on the sauce as a personal preference and my husband loved how much sauce there was! Totally recommend! Well priced!

I love these workers like family. The food is out of this world best food in Naperville. You have to try the lamb chops. I would marry the lamb chops. I dream about them every night. I’m so happy this place exists. You must try!!!!!

Disappointed with the fries — soggy and not worth the price
I ordered two sizzlers and a side of fries from the Port of Peri Peri Aurora location. The sizzlers were great — flavorful and well-prepared, no complaints there.
But the fries were extremely soggy and wet, as if they sat too long before being packed. Definitely not worth the price I paid, and it really took away from the meal experience.
I was looking forward to enjoying everything together, but unfortunately the fries were a big letdown. I hope the restaurant can improve the quality and packaging so items arrive fresh and crispy — especially when customers spend good money and expect consistency.

The chicken is absolutely delicious! We got a whole chicken prepared: half with a mild version of their spicy sauce, and the other half with a slightly hotter version BOTH were so GOOD! I’ve never had Portuguese rice before – it was also good but not for my taste. The French fries had that delicious seasoning on them that I love so much & they came to the table crunchy and hot mmm! We also tried the corn on the cob which was also very delicious, I usually don’t eat corn on the cob at restaurants but I ate the entire thing and would definitely order that again.
