Took the family here for lunch between our stem workshop and the first sinfonietta performance of the school year. We got one meat lovers pizza. The flavor was phenomenal, we were picking the fallen topping out the box because of how flavorful the toppings were. The only thing I would change would be cooking it a little longer to not have it as soft. If you are in the mood for a full pie or just a quick slice, Paisano’s is a good option.

Grabbed a bite before heading to a show at Altria theater. Can see how this is an excellent college place. Kind of have the feeling of a mom and pop mixed with a fast food. Gave me a feeling of almost a Subway Sub, place. The girl that took our order was super nice. You order at the counter, with a large board above you with the menu. Prices are fair for city food, not the cheapest, but not outrageous. It’s more of a take out place. They do have a few tables. People who seemed to be eating were like us, heading to a show and the younger people waiting for their orders. The food was good, nothing amazing but solid. We got 3 slices, I had one 2 toppings and 1 with 3, and my wife had a plain cheese and baked Ziti. Fountain drinks. With a small tip, the bill was $42.00. Probably wouldn’t come out of my way to go here, but if I was in the area and needed something to eat, I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in.

Wayyyyy too much garlic sauce on the white pizza, almost inedible, puddled and dripping off the dough. We ended up throwing over half a pizza away. We told the cashier we were eating in, but we’re not given plates or forks. Service was functional but not helpful. Dessert dough bites with the jelly were good.Thought this would be a good place to go before going to the Altria theater, but I’ll try some place else next time.

We were on our way to a show at the Altria(Joe Bonamassa) and we needed to get something to eat prior to the show. So Paisano’s was right next to the parking deck. We ordered a thin and crispy margherita pizza. It was so good. Both employees were great. There are about 10 tables available inside but most of their business seems to be takeout at least it was tonight.

I’ve ordered the buffalo chicken pizza here a ludicrous number of times, and it’s always inconsistent. This time I got two pizzas drowned in blue cheese and onions so overpowering they were inedible, my partner gagged after one bite. I called, apologetic, and got Jenny. She was skeptical but offered a refund. I thanked her. Then she took a weird twist, telling me, “For next time, just so you know, those toppings are typical,” and bragged she “put the blue cheese on herself and thought it was fine.” I said thanks but reminded her I’d eaten here plenty. She shot back that my name wasn’t “in the system” and basically accused me of lying. It turned into a stupid back-and-forth like she was playing a game. I cursed at a service worker for the first time in my life because of how aggressive she was. Two days later, still no refund. I’m done with this place.

Ordered take out from here, was dissatisfied with what I received. Pizza was satisfactory, however, garlic knots were comically small. Like, as if they gave us the crumb left overs. I would have called for a refund but I did not want to wait a long time to go through the process. I recommend staying away from here. There are better places in the area to go to.

I came in for lunch while working in the city and wasn’t disappointed.
The slice of pizza I got was good and the sub was great. The fries that came with the sub were top tier, probably the best fries of any pizza place I’ve been to.
I received excellent customer service. The staff were very friendly. The dining area was clean which is always refreshing to see.
The menu is pretty varied, there’s definitely something for everyone. My only regret is I wasn’t able to try everything on it in one sitting!
All in all, I give it 5 stars. Quick service, great food and I know for a fact I’ll be back to eat there next time I’m near the city.

Used to get cheesteaks here quite often but havent in a while. Just got some again tonight and half my sandwich basically has no meat. Also it came in a grease soaked paper instead of the usual box it used to come in. Seems like they’re cutting corners now after the opening a year or so ago.

Cashier made me feel bad I didn’t have a student ID even though I am a student and I was told over the phone while ordering that I would be able to get the discount. I was not ordering because they give a discount. They happen to be the only restaurant on the block that is open on Monday’s!!!! In the end I did not get the discount. Instead, I got bready pizza and a lecture on why I should have a student ID?? For a measly %15 off? I do not care and will not be ordering again.
