I recently had a wonderful experience purchasing a meal for my granddaughter. The service I received was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our order was perfect. It made the entire experience very pleasant. I was very satisfied with the quality of the food as well. It’s always a joy when a place offers such great service and delicious options. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a delightful meal.

Chicken sandwich looks like it was ran through before being served absolutely atrocious and vile also fruit flys swarm in the soda machine I had to bring my own doctor thunder to drink I tried to feed the sandwich to the flys and they died

Michelle and Jacob were both super nice and helpful getting me breakfast/bagel sauce on my breakfast sandwiches since the app doesnt offer it. They have enough to deal with on a busy monday without a customer asking for changes that dont show in the order. So it is very appreciated!

So me and my girlfriend went there for a midnight food run and I asked for a military discount after being in for 2 years and this place always gives it, they are usually super nice. This new employee first told us he didn’t know how to do it after I confronted him. After that matter he then tells me “we are not even supposed to do one.” To then later get home and we got no ketchup or Mc Chicken in our order with no receipt.

Place seems to be run by 5 teenagers who do not seem to care about service or cleanliness.
The fountain machine inside is surrounded by fruit flies and the tables are usually left with ketchup smears.
Drive thru will always make you pull off to the side and wait in the tight little waiting area on the side for something as simple as an order of fries or a drink even when there is nobody else in line.
If there are more than 3 cars in line at the drive thru expect to wait about 15 minutes stuck there.
Food is subpar, yet again it is McD’s and expectations should be kept to a minimum but this McD’s sets the bar so low.

Walking into the McDonald’s the outside entrance was littered with cigarettes. The door glass was dirty and the handles were greasy. I sat down to make a order via the McDonalds app it took me multiple times to aqure a table not coved in soda, half eaten fryes, or one that wasnt sticky. I finally found a table (113) located by the play place window. This window was covered in greasy had prints and splatter of what I hope is water or atleast coke. I didn’t think it could get worce until I gazed my eyes down to the black trimming. You could see the various amounts of liquids that left sticky stains. Under olmost every table was trash and reminents of McDonald’s classic fry. I orderd some frys witch I truly love but they were cold and hard. I made my way to the soda station to find trash and liquids including what I assume was milk witch yiu can’t quite see in the photo I provided but it was there it was everywhere. I looked at the windowsills and they were filed with Nats and other asorted dead bugs. Once I took the last photo I was told by a 16 year old boy to stop taking photos. I promptly left and I can grantee I will never go to a Mcdonald again in my entire life. No to mention the mess under every table snot, grease, sticky mess. On top of everything it wasn’t busy so I would have expected a employee to clean up this mess

I ordered a bag of fries and it took ten minutes to get them. When I receive them, they tasted bitter like they were made about an hour old with dirty oil. And this is supposed to be one of their best products?!

Waited in the curbside for over 15 minutes for our order, which would have been fine, but we watched the drive through lane change over 2.5 times. I asked the guy who brought my food out why it took so long and he said he had to make eggs, change soda, blah blah blah. You trying to tell me NO ONE in that drive through needed the same items? Not one person? Give me a break.
We won’t go back, there are too many other options when we are in a hurry.
