At 4pm Wed 1/28/26 I went to Jacks Restaurant 514 6th ave NE Decatur Al for 2 dinners, Chicken fried chicken dinners with potatoes and green beans which were cool like the chicken which had been cooked earlier that day because it was as tough as shoe leather. The only good thing was the lukewarm blueberry pies and all this waste for$18.92 Ive been a long time customer but the owners of this chain will be out of business soon like this . Experienced a issue with my order. But immediately the manager and employees were so apologetic and went above and beyond to make things right. I was so impressed with their service. This Jack’s is located in Fultondale and has always been our preferred Jack’s to use. Will be a loyal customer to this location forever. Good job guys.

Trying to handle an issue with my local Jacks has proved to be ridiculous. We ordered roughly 15.00 worth of breakfast this am to take to a very sick family member and caregiver 30 mins away. When we got to our destination we realized we only had received 1 gravy biscuit and a sausage biscuit we didn’t order. Did not receive the steak and egg biscuit or the 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Called Vinemont store and explained our situation to Jason guy on duty over the phone. 130 pm we returned to the store and my husband was told the money could not be returned to our account ” because the drawer was closed” WTH. We were offered another breakfast tomorrow. This was bought for someone else as we don’t normally eat breakfast. We may never need this again , as we did this am for some tired hungry family. We just paid for food we didn’t receive . We love Jacks food normally but, this is ridiculous. Very disappointed customer.

Stopped at Jacks Hwy 43 N Northport, Al. 9:48pm closes at 11:00pm. Ordered and asked for a Large sweet tea. They took the order then when I got to the window they said they had no more tea wasn’t gonna make any. Ok, then I finally got my meal without the tea and wanted no soft drink and started home. The fries tasted like they was cooked yesterday!!! Anyway I threw it away and and apparently threw my $10.98 away as well. If you can’t get a hold on this location please close it so we can get another restaurant up this way. Thank you and please take into consideration. This place has went to crap and needs gone from this area!!!

We just ran through the jacks in hanceville, alabama, wanted to get some coleslaw to go with things I was cooking, The cups they put them in, we ordered 3 large, they litterly gave us 1 tablespoon of coleslaw slaw in each cup!!!! I have pictures, as much as we paid for this and litterly get a tablespoon, i mean really??? Why would they do this?

Impossible to get in-touch with anyone. I called the Jacks located at 700 Roebuck Dr and no one would answer. I placed an order at 12:29 pm. I accidentally placed an order at that location as pickup and not delivery. I called to cancel but their number wasn’t working, so I called corporate and left a message, I called again today no answer. I am owed $21.90. I love Jacks, I eat at that location in particular all the time so this is a disappointing experience

At drive thru I asked if still serving b’fast. In an unwelcoming & non-cheerful manner I was informed there was 4min left for b’fast. Placed my order. Upon arriving at the open window, I heard an employee say, “I’m sick of this shit”.
Thankfully there were no children with me yo hear the language. However, the language has no place anywhere especially in the workplace. Highly offended

Ordered a regular hamburger with only the hamburger patty and onions and pickles on it and I clearly stated I didn’t want any sauce on it and they put sauce on it they never can get your order right
