Terrible service from beginning to the end. There were only two workers, one on the grill and the other serving. We ordered three sandwiches to go and saw the advertisement for free shakes if you download the app. Unfortunately the Facebook sign in did not working and we never got our verification emails. The girl was very rude and impatient. Bottom line we didn’t get the free shake because we never received the emails. When the food was finally ready 15mins later, she bagged the food sideways causing everything to flip. The picture was the result of the terrible packing. She also forgot my drink and only filled it after I reminded her to which she followed up with, “ do you need a straw” when she put a lid on the cup. The workers barely communicate with each other and are bitter with one another.

Styled in a 50’s diner style. Been here before. This time didn’t disappoint me either. Staff (Rachel) was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Knew all toppings on burgers.
Short wait. Food was great! Service was awesome! She reminded us about desserts.
Great food for an affordable price. Will be back.

I went with some friends here and I am so upset. I hate complaining about meals, I’ve worked in service before and I understand how hard it is… This is why I always tip as generously as I can. But this was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The server seemed depressed and like they were poorly treated. The food I got was wrong and my friends orders were wrong as well. The burger only had one taste, salty. I got a Dr.Pepper and never got a refill. The worst part was that the wait time was horrible,Like 40+ minutes. I didn’t even let them know my order was wrong because I was not willing to wait anymore. This saddens me because I had high hope for this place. On a positive note the bathrooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool.

Food good. Clean place. They only had one cook and two waitress /cashiers working during busy lunch break. Full place. Took over 35 minutes to get 2 burgers. Could see them sitting, waiting to be picked up. Would have went into kitchen area myself if I had known for sure it was my order. They definitely need more help. Don’t go there if you only have 1 hour for lunch. I was late clocking back in and it’s maybe a quarter mile from work.

Had high hopes…been there twice now. First time was pretty good, burger was good but nothing special – not much flavor. Fries were bland and needed salt and ketchup (which even then wasn’t great). They are sort of old fashioned fries (which I normally LIKE!) but the ketchup is runny and doesn’t taste very good.
Second time was even less thrilling. They had easily 15 people working, and for a small restaurant that seemed like a LOT. This is a good thing as you get prompt service. That said, quality control was not good. First my soda was flat, syrup was out. Second, my friend’s hamburger came out and when he bit into it the PAPER was still on it from the cheese!!! It was so gross, he took it back up to the counter where they said they would replace it. But never did a manager come by to apologize nor did they seem to care all that much. The waitress was concerned, but no offer for a compensation such as % off or a complimentary anything. This is customer service 101 folks – when you mess up like that you make it up to them.
Then the last part of this was I got a Bacon Burger (as did my other friend) neither of us could eat the Bacon, it tasted bad – can’t tell if it was bad or just junky bacon or what. I first thought it was me, but then when he said it tasted like dog food I knew there was definitely something up.
I’ll probably give it another chance if somebody wants to go, but I won’t seek out to go here myself nor will I recommend it to others. Could play it all off to being “new” but for a chain restaurant but still, these things are just not good.

It’s a little pricey for what you get and the restaurant is still brand new, so they have growing pains right now. We first went about the 3rd night they were open and it took a long time to get our food and the place was packed and they charged me for the wrong stuff. Most of the waitresses were also just looking around and not doing much and I had to raise my hand to get their attention like I was in grade school again.
They’ll get better, but they have a lot of little issues to fix before they have good and consistent service here.

Great burgers at a reasonable price. Service can be a little iffy, but it’s typically nothing too terrible. The 50s decor and music is fantastic. If you have room left after you eat, I highly recommend the custard!

Horrible! The food took a very long time to get to us and turned out to be wrong. The burger I purchased was more ground beef that looked like chili and has parts that were cold. Could eat without using a fork, which is terrible being a place for burgers. Would recommend never stopping there. You got 1 star because zero isn’t allowed
