From the bottom of my heart, this place truly deserves all the love and respect.
Like anywhere, there was a small issue during my first visit, but what mattered most was how it was handled. The manager was incredibly kind, calm, and professional. You could clearly see her passion, leadership, and genuine care for both the guests and the restaurant. That alone left a strong impression on me.
My recent visit was absolutely perfect. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, and you can feel how much hard work and love goes into everything here. The food was beyond delicious — especially the lamb and beef, cooked perfectly with amazing flavor. You can truly taste the quality and dedication in every bite.
This is not just a restaurant, it’s a place run by good people with big hearts. I didn’t write this for any reason other than honesty. If you’re reading reviews and wondering whether to come — don’t hesitate. Every person should experience this place at least once.

Best Kabab I’ve had in the U.S. – truly tastes like back home. Staff are super friendly, prices are great, and the experience is authentic. Only thing to improve is the cooling inside the restaurant, but everything else is perfect.

Also known as Anwar Market, the join where YOU buy and THEY COOK. Best REAL wood charcoal, fresh meat from their butchery. The meat (kabobs on grill, anything grill) is A++ amazing. They have constant flow of orders their Iraqi bread isHAND made and fresh. Absolutely amazing for a meat lovers paradise. Although the precooked chicken quarters and rice was not the best super dry I wouldn’t get it again. Staff and everyone is super nice friendly hospitable and kind. Love this place.

This is by far the most authentic Iraqi Kebabs. I ordered the beef kebabs plate, the kebab was unbelievably juicy and tasty. This is a hole in the wall for sure.

Going to this place and enjoying the smell of freshly grilled kebabs made me nostalgic. The food itself took me back to a place where I once lived and created magical memories. There aren’t many places in the world where you can have a food experience like the one they offer. The service was also amazing—the staff was helpful, even when I went just minutes before closing. If you want a taste of the East, if you desire a memorable meal, I highly recommend going there to enjoy an authentic and affordable experience that truly takes you beyond.
