They burnt my pizza :/

Empire has a great reputation which is why I wanted to try their GF pizza, but they really over cooked it— even burnt the crust and still served it to me— which I didn’t realize until after getting back to my brother’s house. And at that point it wasn’t really worth going back because I was having lunch with family.

It was edible by not eating the crust, and the toppings were really good. But over all each bite still tasted gross because of the burnt/overdone part.

Huge bummer after paying $20 for a single pizza.

It’s some of the tastiest local pizza for the OKC area. This location would get a full 5 stars if they had more comfortable chairs in their dinning area. It’s a small thing, but it has a big impact.

Their pizza offerings are fun and flavorful. I love that their pizza by the slice varies by the day. Their garlic knots are a solid app, especially for a larger group.

We LOVE empire. It is a favorite for our whole family, and we had so many great memories at the Nichols Hills location. My son has grown up going there. Wish they would have kept it and gotten rid of Mayfair instead.

Slices are always awesome and unique, price is great, love the teacher discount, pink sauce is good, buildings are cool, great continuity across all locations, on and on.

I mentioned Empire in my review of Hall’s pizza, and there’s no competition if you’re choosing between the two. Both have great pizza, but you can actually eat at or takeout from Empire. Hall’s is impossible to get into or takeout. We’ll keep giving our money to empire!! Keep it up!

Just not very good. Large Pepperoni, garlic Knots(5) and Meatballs= $50. The pizza is very thin, virtually no sauce, crust is chewy and dry, Pepperoni razor thin. Simply Domino’s level. Hideaway is far superior and would cost less . I usually do not post negative, but this was just disappointing.

We’d heard all the greatest things about this place, so we met up with friends we’ve not seen in awhile here. Everything right up until the food was great! Loved sitting outside (not much chance to do that in February in Oklahoma), but the garlic knots seemed microwaved and the artichoke dip was pretty tasteless. We got the RBG veggie pizza and added balsamic to it. We were highly disappointed and both only ate a slice each as we were starving, but the rest ended up in the trash this morning. The cheese was great, but the sauce was lacking, leaving my pizza basically tasting like a mouthful of raw spinach. We potatoes $45 in total and left hungry. I will say the manager did come to check on us, but we aren’t ones who really complain so much

Cant rate service because I ordered to go. I went to the 16th street location a day before and the experience was wonderful . My daughter had my garlic knots that I brought home and loved them. I ordered some from May location to surprise her and they are so hard they are not edible.
Picture A was 16th street and picture B is May.

Decent pizza for the price but they should keep politics out of business.

Will not be back. As I don’t want my money feeding pride parades and indoctrination/grooming of children.

Maybe if ownership does not want to lose half their customer base, then they should not push extreme politics on their customers and business.

The owner could easily support whatever politics/groups they want and keep it separate from the business instead of virtue signaling about pride. This is becoming far too prevalent.

Pay attention to where your money is going and what it is feeding people. Vote with your wallet.

The pizza was made fresh and tasted great. The service good and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was warm and welcoming. However my only take away about this place is the water from the dispenser. The water tasted gross and unfiltered. I do recommend this place for their pizza. Just don’t drink the water.

First time going here. Was a bit pricey and waited quite awhile for pizza. Overall it was a clean and nice staff. I like that you can buy the pizza by the slice to try different ones.

This location new york style pizza is cooked a little differently then the other locations. Its like it’s a little undercooked. The crust is thin but not the crispy bottom. The full pizzas are massive! Less busy than the orginal location. I’ll take a busy location over sacrificing the integrity of consistency in empire brand! No fountain sodas. The sodas come in a can. They do have good crushed ice next to the water.
