In the past 55 years I cannot tell you how many KFCs I have been to. This one is hands down the worst one I have ever been to. My youngest son is allergic to Dairy and eggs, so we ordered extra crispy chicken for him. We were told it would take 20 minutes no problem we can wait. However, 20 minutes later what we got was not extra crispy chicken. When my wife, and another customer who needed something, went to the counter no one was there. They stood there for approximately 5 minutes. Finally from across the restaurant I yelled hey and someone came out and begrudgingly talked to both of them. I don’t care if this restaurant is staffed by college students or what they need to be trained better. And before we left someone in the back started blaring some kind of music, but I’m fairly sure is not in keeping with KFC’s policies.

As a former employee I truly believe the customer service has gone way down at the Boiling Springs NC location. I came by at about 8:20 and asked for Livers the lady stated they did not have any and I asked if they would be able to drop any and she said “no we don’t sell Livers after 8..” I did not realized this had changed, however no big deal I just switched and continued with the rest of my order. She also came back and stated they were out of Chicken for the night unless I wanted Crispy, again okay we just went with the crispy. I also asked for 2 Chicken Gordita crunches. When I got my food I realized there was only one in the bag and asked the lady about the other one and she said you only got one I said I ordered two but that’s okay no problem I didn’t want to hold them up. When I got home I opened it and it was beef instead of chicken. Then when my husband ate his Crispy chicken it was undercooked and pink in all pieces. Not to mention the whole encounter with the employee was not really customer friendly. I am just super underwhelmed with how the service at this store has gotten.

Friday night 8:13 pull up and look at door. States dining room open till10. Walk in and worker is counting money in the counter. Oh our dining room is closed he says but our drive thru is open My wife says the door is unlocked. He reply’s then I’ll go lock it. I ask about the door stating 10 and he would t even reply???? And every time I’ve done the drive thru there it wasn’t right. Someone here should care enough to make a difference

8-24-25 7:40 pm. Just went inside no other customers present at counter. Young lady came from the back, plainly saw me and turned around and went back. A young man came around the other side, saw me and did the same thing. Neither said a word. I waited another 5 minutes and left. What is wrong with these kids? I mean really I’d like to know.

6-11-25 at 3:30pm Eric was the cashier….secret shopper here… Eric was good…he took our order and we even asked for fresh crispy chicken and he had it cooked…only thing to complain about is the dining room and bathroom were a mess, dirty tables….toilet paper and someone’s poop in there…other then that everything was good. Food was decent. Just wanted to share a bit from my report.

Completely disorganized staff. Rang up wrong orders. Lock doors behind patrons during the middle of the day because they can’t handle all of the orders. Management needs to either better train the staff or hire more staff during peak times.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in there 2 days in a row because it was the closest thing to the stadium and I was on foot. The first day I went in twice, because of the rain. I first went in before noon and ordered a meal. As I waited I went to the bathroom and it was filthy. There was NO SOAP, which makes you wonder how employees properly wash their hands after they pee. I ordered mashed potatoes and had to ask for plastic-ware. They said they were out of all utensils and he manager told me I could use my hand or my mouth. Seriously, that came out of his mouth. I stopped back in later that day because I was trying to escape the rain. I ordered a drink and hit the restroom…>STILL NO SOAP. All of the open tables were filthy with trash and food crumbs all over them. I stopped in the following day for another drink…>STILL NOT SOAP. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be shut down for a health code violation.

Quik Easter brunch at boiling springs NC KFC. 230PM. No extra crispy at all. Ok ill take 2 legs and a thigh if original, and for the side, sweet corn. Get to the window and I’m informed he just dropped the last 2 chicken legs on the floor, ok thighs it is. I get home, and an Easter miracle happened, the sweet corn turned into Cole slaw, YAY !, I hate Cole slaw. And don’t forget the magic trick of no biscuit either. $10.66. This KFC sports a 3.3 star rating. Employees that don’t care about quality service tears buisneses down. But kfc/taco is a conglomerate so it don’t matter, locals will just have to deal with whats there if they go there. So I payed 10.66 for 3 pieces of chicken and nothing else I wanted. Let’s not train employees to review orders to keep quality up. Let’s create as much bad reviews possible is what I think their goal is.
