Terrible service. I don’t know if they switched owner’s around a year ago or so, but we do not go here as often anymore because the service bc of management here is terrible now. The actual employees are polite. However, management is unprofessional and ridiculous. My order is messed up almost every time we go and several times of course i didn’trwalize until i made it all the way back home. Make sure you check your order before you leave. The workers here are polite, but the management is trash. We won’t be back. I highly recommend going next door to BK, or go to Sonic instead, anywhere but this location DQ.

We stopped in a picked up lunch today. Ordered lunch for my wife and I. Several people behind us placed their order and received their food before we did.
Ordered a #1 and #9 combo meals, it’s overpriced for the value but it is what it is.
I can say that today was our last time to visit this DQ.

This is my favorite place to order ice cream cakes from. They are under new management, but service was fast and friendly. I must say they can use help with decorating the cakes; the young lady who worked there previously was awesome with writing on them.
I sampled a piece of cheesecake prior to ordering a cheesecake birthday cake and the traditional chocolate crunch cake. They thought it didn’t have eggs in as I’m allergic to eggs, but it did.
I’m assuming she was the owner or manager and another worker were very concerned after I had the allergic reaction. They made sure several times, asking if I was going to be okay.
I appreciate their sincerity, of course, I’ll be back for the next birthday to order a cake, yet I’ll steer clear of the cheesecake bites – it was delicious, however.

We have made this our regular dairy queen. The staff is so nice and attentive. They all welcomed us when we walked in and said thank you when we were leaving. The store is very clean and no matter what we order it’s always delicious and very well put together. They are doing a great job at this location.
