Went in at about 430 maybe 5 o’clock they were not very busy. I walked up to place a order. I told the gentleman who is very nice exactly what I wanted. I had to tell him two or three times maybe he was new I am not sure we waited the 10 minutes. They said it was gonna be. We went back in to get the order we left because we had to go deliver a different order for somebody else. I was extremely informative of exactly what I wanted on my pizza and when it got made, it was still wrong I asked for garlic, stuffed crust, pizza, Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, and olives and extra cheese. We got no extra cheese. We did not get the right crust. we got no Alfredo sauce and we got red sauce which I cannot eat.. It’s so disappointing when you go into a restaurant and ask for such a simple item and you pay $30 you get in your vehicle and it’s not even anything close to what you ordered

This place is the best Zack was amazing and treated me like he knew me a Life time it was 11:55 when I walked in he could have turned me away but instead he smiled and took my order and let me get his picture the store is very clean plenty of parking and lots of laughter I would recommend stopping by and getting your pizza or poppa dia because I know I’ll be back two thumbs up and a scrollie Ollie this place rocks thank you Zack for making his birthday your awesome

This place is very unreliable. We had ordered 5 large (mostly cheese) Pizza online for a birthday party. We had set a time for pick up. When we went to pick up pizza 30 mins after they were supposed to be ready, the pizzas were not ready, not even a single one. They told us it would be another 30 mins. We waited another 30 mins and still there wasn’t a single pizza ready. We were told they are short staffed, but the pizzas were STILL not ready 1.5 hours after. We left. We had to find alternatives food for the birthday party. Many of the kids had already left the birthday without eating. It was a very bad experience. I would NEVER order from this place again.

This is the best pizza in Floyds Knobs Indiana! They have great pizza and good deals! The manager gave me my order free last night when the power went down and was very friendly! Stay away from Dominos as its gross and they are rude over there! Don’t waste your time on crappy pizza and call Papa Johns!!!!

I usually don’t tip in stores but after receiving the best pizza in my life I had to. It looked like a pizza they pulled put of the commercial. I got the six cheese pizza with stuffed crust that I call the Seven cheese pizza. they made it to protection. Taste was fantastic.

Absolutely the worst experience at a papa johns we have EVER had. We went in and spent almost a hundred dollars on pizza and when we asked for cheese and pepper packets we were then charged four dollars and some change as the MANAGER proceeded to bring us back FOUR packets. That’s it. We asked why we were charged when we have never been charged before and she just stared at us like we were aliens and said each packet is 60 cents a piece. No. We have NEVER been charged in the 30 years we have been going. So I said that’s fine. Can we have your corporate managers/office number and she said no you can not. I will not give that to you. So Katie, do better. Take classes on customer service. Treat people the way you want to be treated. If you got five pizzas and someone gave you four packets of cheese and peppers there’s no way you wouldn’t ask for more and get a little upset/irritated when the MANAGER does absolutely nothing to help and quite frankly you were rude. You chose not to help customers today and we see that. We will no longer be spending our money here. And that’s on you my dear. Do better.

Not suitable to eat, probably would t even feel ok feeding it to a rabid animal. Staff is not capable of getting a simple order correct. When this is pointed out to management, the best response the can provide is “sometimes we have bad days”. This is a worrisome response from someone in the food industry. Wouldn’t eat here again if they paid me.

Have a friend who ordered a pizza, obviously screwed it up. Waited an hour for another and they still got it wrong. Place should just be shutdown.
