Great restaurant with great food. Service is pretty good and the food is delicious. We like the La Hacienda fajitas for two which is a combination steak shrimp and chicken fajita on a hot skillet. The margaritas are also excellent.

Amigo Mexican Restaurant has a beautiful and colorful ambiance. The music was quite loud, though. The lunch specials were okay. The burrito literally had ground meat and nothing else. The tamale was the best thing here, but they only offer pork tamales. The plates were super hot. The portions were a great value for the money. Our service was confusing, bringing out the wrong drinks and asking us to pay up front, yet they took our payment at the table. Lunch specials board can only be seen when leaving. Overall, it’s not a terrible experience but also not the best we’ve ever had.

We randomly walked around, looking for a decent place for lunch, and the place captivated our hearts. Very clean place, service was fast. Taste and quality of food was amazing, and the wait time was acceptable.

We walked into a lovely restaurant with great service. The food was better than expected. The chips and salsa was better here. Tamales and enchiladas were very good. The waitresses were very attentive. Atmosphere was pleasant. We will definitely return.

Ok, pretty good. Nice salsa. I had the taco salad with shredded chicken, and my son had the 4 taco plate; 2 pastor, 1 carnita and 1 steak. Took a bit to get the order, but it was hot. We’ll try it again for our weekly lunches.

Took my daughter in law, who spent 6 months in Mexico, and she said it was very authentic and delicious. We ordered steak & chicken tacos supreme, steak faitias, Carne asada, & mole poblano. Everything came out hot and delicious. When we first sat down they brought us a basket of warm freshly made tortillas and 3 bowls of salsa. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Service was fast especially for a Saturday night. If you are trying this place for the first time let them know and ask for their personal recommendations. A MUST TRY if in the area

The food has options for more authentic Mexican food and for amercanized Mexican food. The dishes are not sweet, the onions are not caramelized, they are fire grilled. There is everything from fajitas and flautas to ceviche. The servers are nice, the decor is hand painted and carved items from Mexico, it’s a great location for a party. Sundays they have a mariachi band while you eat, and they take requests. Very inclusive and warm, I recommend trying this place.

Love trying new places wasn’t impressed at all. Asked for a draft beer on the menu. Nope don’t have it. Chips were thick and cold salsa was garbage. Jarred salsa would have been better. Food was bland as could be. No hot sauce on table. Decor was straight out of a B budget film. Hopefully they will get it together. Maybe I’ll try again in a few months

Loved my food. Wife said the chicken was too Salty. Both had burritos. Table was uneven and tilted, but we adjusted with folded napkins.
