I went to Culver’s on North Oak near Gladstone because I heard that their walleye was really good. I came in and the staff was super friendly offered great service and helped me decide on a meal instead of a sandwich and it was a great choice. The fish fillets are large and delicious. The fries were crisp, and the meal was very enjoyable. The staff was very responsive when I needed a little bit of extra ketchup or sauce, and just super friendly from the entire visit. I would highly recommend you come and visit Culver’s and enjoy a walleye meal while they still have it.

Fantastic experience! The food was made to order so it came out hot and fresh. The portions were generous and the flavors were spot on. Highly recommend the Butterburger Cheese. And if you get the pleasure of Paula at the register, your experience will be even better. She was more than helpful in herding the cats – the grandkids – in figuring out their orders and getting it all rung up and out in a timely manner. Even encouraging the younger one to wait on getting his ice cream until he completed his meal so not to have it all melted.

I realize this is a convenience food restaurant, but after several less than good experiences with this location, I felt it was time to write a review.

The first few times visiting this location when they first opened, the food was amazing – hot, fresh and very good. My subsequent experiences have been abysmal. My visit this evening resulted in my last.

I don’t care for ice cream at all but for some reason, felt like a small cup would taste good after a hot day. Instead of driving 5 miles to Andy’s, I drove two to Culver’s. The small “cup” was nearly $5, and it was less than half full. This is after waiting 7 minutes before being able to move my car away from the speaker due to the hold up at the window. Having never ordered ice cream at this place before, I looked at it and said to the associate- “is this IT?” to which he replied that he would make me a fresh one. Assuming it had melted during my less than short wait, I thought the “new” one would be better. Not the case. And the “toppings” were more like a sad example of “sprinkles.” The photos online show the cup to be nearly full. That was my expectation, but was not what I received.

I’m definitely not blaming the young people who work there who are trying to do their best, but if the management doesn’t set standards, then quality degrades. This degradation has been my experience for the last several months. Tonight was the icing on the cake. I enjoy the food, but will go elsewhere until it improves. I didn’t need the extra calories anyway.

I love Culver’s. My husband and I celebrated closing on our first home with two double cheeseburger baskets. Love it. However, I’m sitting here on football Sunday and every commercial break has a Culver’s commercial. Is this taunting? You all think this is funny? Not only must I suffer a commercial break (I know, the world sucks but I’m trying to cope here) and then the disappointment of a Culver’s commercial WITHOUT a cheeseburger to go with. It’s harmful to my cravings and desires. I’m breaking here…..whyyyyyyyyy!!!!!????? Anyway, see ya soon!

I just did a late doordash order and my delivery driver just told me they got it after close and threw in an extra pint in their because of the long wait. So as a sign of respect I’m giving this place five stars. Also their chickens amazing here get it if you can.

I love Culver’s and eat it too many times a week. I was excited when the app came out and we could order ahead. However, they need to figure out a better system for the curbside ordering. It takes 10+ minutes for the food to come out, and most of the time I’ve got to go in and ask for it. When I do go in, it’s been sitting on the counter for all that time. The order ahead process needs revising.

I asked my husband to pick up some burgers for us on his way home from work. He decided to get Culver’s and that was an excellent decision! We haven’t lived here long and I had never been there and that was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It looked like it could have been in a commercial. The ingredients also seemed super fresh and the flavor was amazing! We will definitely have to make this Culver’s location our go to burger spot!

On Jan 2nd around 9:38 PM, I walked in and ordered two meals — an Atlantic cod meal and a mushroom double meal. As two meals, there should have been two orders of fries. However, I only received fries with the cod meal, and the fish filet and broccoli were packed together in one box.

I called the store to clarify, and my husband had to drive back to pick up the missing fries. The staff member who helped him (a shorter lady at the counter) repeatedly insisted that there were two fries and that it was my mistake for not noticing. Only after my husband expressed his frustration did she finally provide the missing fries and a free meal coupon.

I want to be very clear: no one is bored enough to drive back to the restaurant close to 10 PM just to get a “free” order of fries. This was simply about receiving what we paid for, and being listened to respectfully when an obvious mistake was made. I don’t need a free meal, HOW ABOUT JUST GET MY ORDER RIGHT!!!!!!

This location will not honor my kid’s 2025 summer of reading challenge coupon. No explanation was given, and there is no expiration date on the coupon.

Update: I shared feedback on the Culvers website, and received no response.
