First time getting to visit a caribou in years, and I wasn’t even given what I ordered. I clearly ordered a medium iced coffee and instead received a large HOT coffee. Would not visit this location again.

I sat at the order box in the drive thru for 25 minutes without having my order taken. There were only 2 cars ahead of me the whole time already at the pay window that didnt move for atleast 30 minutes. I Spent a total of 40 minutes in the drive thru and was late for where I needed to be! I would have left if I could have backed out of the drive thru lane but was stuck.

Pretty good. I love caribou coffee, but the last time the coffee was just OK. Coffee shop coffee needs to be amazing. I’ll come back sometime and update to five stars if it’s better. This is a great atmosphere for a coffee shop though. It’s a great place to meet up with people.

Frequent Caribou customer. First time trying this one. Will never stop at this one again. Watered down garbage that i could have got from Scooters or Starbucks. A day ruiner. This type of coffee is what gives chains a bad name and no return for new customers or current ones.

Personally I love Caribou drinks but this location just ruins my experience. Staff is okay I guess. Drinks always take awhile to make, but I wouldn’t mind if they made the drinks correctly. Today we got three drinks, a mocha, caramel crafted press, and mint condition mocha. Mint condition was fine. Caramel crafted press had almost no flavor to it but the mocha? Tasted like just straight up steamed milk.
Very disappointed that they somehow couldn’t make 2/3 drinks correctly, and this unfortunately isn’t the first time I’ve had a drink from this location that just didn’t taste right. Especially when you compare them to Scooters nearby that are both quicker and always makes the drinks correctly?
