One of our favourite restaurants to come to.
Yes there’s been little blips in the past with slow service but these things can happen and it seems to have totallly changed now for the better, plus the food has always been worth the wait.
Gorgeous food tonight, great portion size, really good value and the restaurant inside is beautiful, manager is lovely too and clearly very passionate about his restaurant, service & customers

Terrible experience in here last weekend. Service was slow even though the restaurant was quiet. The food came out cold, which was a bad start. We politely asked if they could take it back, which they did. A few minutes later the food arrived again, it was hot but one of the dishes was incorrect, as it was supposed to be served with noodles and they were missing.
Instead of just apologising and going to get some noodles, the lady serving us took great offence. At first she said that she took the noodles off because she didn’t think it would look right (??!!) and then changed her story and said that they have stopped serving the dish with noodles and hadn’t got round to changing it on the menu.
At no point was an apology or remedy offered for something that was clearly the fault of the restaurant.
The server then didn’t interact with us for the rest of our visit, no check back was done during our meal, and they sent over another member of staff to take the payment at the end. He was pleasant to us but could have started off by offering an apology and acknowledging what happened. By this point we just wanted to get out of the place so we paid and left as I didn’t want to be on the receiving end of a bad attitude again.
As eating out becomes more of a luxury, places like this have no hope of surviving when they can’t even get the simple basics right.

The whole experience at Namh Moon was fantastic. The chicken satay was so flavourful and the peanut dipping sauce is something else! Massaman curry was really lovely too. Portion sizes were generous too. Highly recommend.

Not the cheapest place however not ridiculous in price either. (See pictures receipt). The food itself is delicious, I literally can’t fault the quality, service speed or taste. If I had one slight criticism is that I came away feeling I could have still have eaten something else…. But that might just be because I’m a gluttonous pig .

Ian and Casper offered awesome service from the moment we walked in. Even though we came in without a reservation on a Saturday, with a baby, and are plant based the team warmly welcomed us, got us a highchair and recommended so many nutritious, tasty and satisfying options.
It was the perfect place to have a family dinner.
Great seating, lighting, music wasn’t too loud so the vibe was great. We left a tip for the excellent service. £50 in total for 3 starters and 2 mains so well priced!

Food was phenomenal! It smelled so good walking in and the dishes lived up to it. Dropped the review in foods and service as we were told by one server that some beers and cocktails were not available, but then had a different server tell us the opposite. A bit slow to check on tables considering the restaurant wasn’t full on an early Friday evening.
Will be returning to try more from the menu!

Chewy noodles in the Pad Thai. Tasty food. Decent service, but only one guy on for the whole restaurant so felt a bit slow. Duck spring rolls and winds were decent. Overall would recommend. Cool décor also.

We ate earlier after our sunday service at church to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and my mom in laws birthday. We ordered the Special Pad thai which is beef and chicken, Beef Khao pad Rice meal, Tofu tamarind as a starter and Pandan custard for the dessert with Banana rolls. We went here with our little one which is very picky eater. We are just so glad that the staff here not only allowed us to bring an outside food for her as she only wants pasta but also they did let us heat it in a microwave. I keep on saying to add it in our bill but they didnt. They are very accommodating and friendly too. We are really amazed how lovely the place, the staff and the food! We would definitely comeback for more! All the Best Team Nah Moon Carlisle!
And lastly, it is worthy to mention that my wee one later on loved the tofu tamarind!

Had a group booking, absolutely great service and atmosphere and the food was both tasty and authentic. The wine and drinks selection were decent. Thank you to the Scottish waiter for impeccable service.
