I am soooooo disappointed with my order that I doubt I will order from this location again. There were three items in this order, veggie bowl, tacos, and quesadilla.
The ONLY veggie in the veggie bowl was lettuce!! There were NO other vegetables, other than black beans!! The brown rice tasted RAW!! Rice, if properly cooked, is not to be hard and taste raw!!! This is NOT the first time this location has screwed up my order.
The quesadilla was to have chicken, cheese, and vegetables. Do you think that was fulfilled???? NNNNOPE!!! No veggies!!! Only chicken was in the quesadilla!! I won’t even get into the quality of the tacos!
If this is how the food is going to be served, I’m DEFINITELY not going to be ordering again! Come on guys, you can do better than this!!!

My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday at 6pm after driving home from out of state. Servers (all 4 on the food line and the cashier) were not friendly. We ordered 2 bowls w/ chicken. Got less than spoonful of rice in each bowl because, as per usual, they were almost out. The rice was undercooked, and the serving of each of the toppings was stingy, including our bags of chips that were only 1/4 full (I can typically get 2 meals from 1 bowl and 1 bag of chips). As we were walking out, I noticed trash on the floor in the dining area. The food serving area was unkempt w/ dropped cheese/salsa/toppings everywhere. The chip bags had dried rice stuck to the bottom of them (which we found after we left). My guacamole was a brown/ green mix w/ 3 large brown chunks hidden w/in. We do not typically eat out but enjoy Chipotle as a go-to for takeout. This location has gone downhill tremendously in the last year, which is sad because options in Mt. Vernon are limited. I’m not sure we will be back….

i try to be fair and kind at all times, but this has been an ongoing issue for years.
many times i have ordered online for my food to not be correct, not filled up, or just completely wrong.
today was the last straw. i hadn’t eaten anything all day, i thought chipotle sounds good! grave mistake.
after tipping the dasher and paying for my food (which the store made no one aware of that they were out of ANY meat, let alone carnitas) i spent about $30 on this one meal. when it arrives, there is not a single speck of meat (carnitas or otherwise) in my bowl.
door dash says i have to take it up with the store, so i get a $3 refund.

Dirtiest chipotle I’ve been to lately. May as well be in the hood in Columbus because they look just like this nasty place. Nobody in line, yet NOBODY BOTHERS WITH CLEANING A SINGLE THING. Me and my husband just went here and never again. I asked for double rice on my bowl because I don’t get much of anything else on it. I could still see the bottom of my bowl. Hardly no meat at all. My husband got a burrito and it was basically all rice and nothing else.

15 minutes for a burrito, had no stock of anything, and when the dude was cleaning the surface i saw a piece of steak go into the pica. didn’t even have HALF of the stuff i wanted on the burrito. please just buy more stalk

They have never made an order of ours correctly, through pickup. Again I got a burrito bowl, and a quarter of it was missing. Not missing ingredients, literally 3/4 of the bowl was filled. It looked like someone ate a quarter of it. They just threw the vinegret dressing in our bag sideways, so we had to wipe down our containers just to be able to eat.
I have never seen a collection of so many worthless people in one place. At this point do you blame management or ownership?
Regardless, fire them all and start fresh, if not, Tear the building down, and the vacant spot would be more accurate than these people.

Update, visited 6 months later and it’s still the worst.
This is a really crappy Chipotle. It’s always really dirty and they’re always out of things and the app doesn’t say so you just don’t get stuff you paid for and no one warns you. My most recent visit, 2.5 hrs before closing they’re out of csrnitas, fajitas, corn salsa, tomato salsa, lettuce, and chips. It’s always like that. Sometimes the food is completely stone cold and/or not particularly fresh.
The pictures are from my last visit but you get the idea. Gross.

I’ve edited my review of this place a few times tonight because my experience got worse and worse.
First, I waited 40 minutes past my pickup time “promised at 6pm” was written on the receipt
Then they got my order wrong
Then I discovered the rice was undercooked and crunchy.
The only reason to eat here is because it’s “technically Chipotle”
