First and last time coming here. I recived a gift card for pizza hut worth 25 dollars. I arrived and I asked the cashier what she recommended and she didn’t really respond. I asked if she had a menu and she gave me one. There are no prices anywhere whatsoever and I saw that there was pepperoni lovers. It sounded tasty so I ordered it. The cashier never told me the total and told me to swipe.my gift card. I did add then she told me the total. I ordered 1 large pepperoni lovers and 1 dipping sauce. 30 DOLLARS. That one pizza cost 26 dollars. I was absolutely stunned. I asked if I could cancel the order, but she told me that she can’t and she also told me that she can’t give me a refund since she was the only employee there until 3 o clock. It was 11:30am. So Im stuck with paying 30 dollars for one pizza that I dont even want anymore. I funish paying and she tells me that it would take 10 min. I knew that she would take longer

I ordered a pizza last night 8PM and instead got a pizza frisbee that had no cuts for the pizza slices. Call them immediately last night with no answer at all. Proceeded to call them the next day and the only thing I got was we can’t do anything about it. That I needed to call them immediately last night which I did and she didn’t even care. The manager currently on the clock just seems to be a non caring person. Pizza Hut do better. I have a receipt and these pictures to prove your employees mess up from last night.

Staying at hotel next door, so I tried this place. I know the “Pepperoni Lovers” well enough, as I have it two or three times a year… Today this one had maybe 2 slices of pep per pizza slice. Pep spacing was such that you could add the same amount of pepperoni, and still not overlap pep… I know its the little things, but it just ruined my dinner! Super lame on the toppings. Will not try this store again.

Three days ago, I ordered extra pepperonis and extra green peppers and as you could see in the photos they delivered. I picked up my pizza at the store. This is the best Pizza Hut in the Rancho Cucamonga/Fontana area, a lot better than the Archibald store.

Straight trash. I spent $56.72 and waited 45 min for 3 medium pizzas and wings. As you can see my food was overcooked and lukewarm. I called to complain. Spoke to “manager” and she said she would resend a whole new order in 35 min. Get the new order and it looks exactly like the old order smh NEVER AGAIN I wish I could have given 0 stars

Ordered breadsticks and wanted extra seasoning otherwise they’re just dry, flavorless pieces of bread. The guy acted like adding extra seasoning to them came out of his paycheck and refused. Don’t take your job too seriously; you just work at Pizza Hut. On another note, I’ve never had this happen at any other location. Won’t be returning here.

Friendly. Smells so good. Thin crust veggie is delicious. Potato jalapeno bites also excellent. Garlic parmesan bone out chicken bites appear to be honest fillet (not pressed)

I placed delivery ,, guy calls me saying they have no one for delivery today I’m 8 months pregnant with 5 kids wasn’t trying to pick it up i went anyways didn’t offer my any discount for inconvenience nothing then i open my pizza to look at it and i ordered EXTRA MUSHROOMS, i ask the guy this is extra mushroom to you ? Was given a pizza that was supposed to have 2x Bacon on it, received hardly any toppings at all, when I confronted the manager he refused to help me, citing that there were ‘spec’ level toppings on there. I wont be back to Pizza Hut again ever, much better options out there.
