I go to a lot of Capriotti’s all over Nevada and other states. Tonight I got a sandwich here made by a young man named Isaiah. He made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had At Capriotti’s. Well done. I’ll be back and ask for him specifically. Great customer service and the best sando I’ve had from them.

Ordered in app. Got home and one of my sandwiches was missing hot and sweet peppers. Called to let them know and they kept giving us the run around. We were willing to even bring the sandwich back so they can make it right but they told us to come back tomorrow and we were so confused. Even asked to speak to a manager and they put us on hold forever so we would hang up. Anyways, but long story short, customer service is not good, so make sure your sandwich is made right before you leave the store.

One of the best sandwich shops in Vegas. I’ve never once come here and had a bad experience. The employees are friendly and quick with the food.
Today was the Italian and a Cheesesteak. Both were great.

Food is good however do not use their 3rd party for delivery go in and pick up your own food. You may or may not get it, no one can tell you where it is and you have to wait for a manger following day for refund. I don’t even live 1 mile away. Last 2 deliveries horrible and now I’m done. First delivery had a gallon of mayo and no bacon even though it was included on sandwich I ordered, when I called she said “we’re training someone new”. This was the “club” I paid $10 for. Not worth the hassle the calling back just for a sandwich to be right. No add ons no substitutes were made when I placed order. I ordered sandwich as it appeared as they make it, simple right? I just can’t comprehend how 2 sandwiches 8” always get not made right and or not delivered yet charged but order gets cancelled on their end. Go to subway you’ll save a headache, a call back and your money. Management needs to re train no less.

Inside decor is consistent with other Capriotti’s locations. However the sandwiches here taste fresher than some of the other locations so I actually drive slightly further just to visit this one. Parking can be a challenge on busy days since it’s in a location with a lot of other businesses; weekends especially.

I’m a regular and I ordered a few sandwiches yesterday and today I opened up the last sandwich which was the Bobby. I was shocked that the cranberry sauce was completely all over the outside the sandwich and there was stuffing on the outside wrapping. It’s looks like a child did it.

Usually I love this place. My wife and I will order a capastrami and a Bobbie then split them. That’s what we did today. I took half of each to work for dinner. While eating the Bobbie I bit into a chunk of bone. Hurt a bit but luckily I didn’t chip a tooth. I sent my wife a pic and a warning to be careful eating the Bobbie. She had already bitten into a small piece of bone as well. In my opinion this is completely unacceptable. How do you allow chunks of bone to end up in people’s sandwiches? There has to be better quality control. Very disappointed with a place I used to love. In case it doesn’t specify, this location is at 8090 Blue Diamond rd.
