I cannot believe they’re only at 2.8 Stars. This was the best Taco Bell I have been to in a long long time not only were the staff friendly and kind to each other but you can tell there’s a high driven push towards customer service which is rare. The staff all work together well. And that lady making food in the back was a master of her craft. That lady was back there doing card tricks with burritos ” the hand is quicker than the eye” but not one corner got cut. Food was delicious fresh and fast.

They have the coolest cashier working here at this Taco Bell, his name is T. He helped me pick what I wanted to eat and he also prepared my food for me. I saw him taking his time and taking extra care to make sure it was right. It was very busy this morning and he was in there by himself holding it down. The food was delicious and the store is very clean, big thanks to T for taking care of my order to the best of his abilities. He’s really a person who knows how to serve. This is what customer service is supposed to be like, I was happy with my visit and my order. Good job Taco Bell, this is why you are and always will be one of the major brands that customers choose to spend their money with. I got one of everything, 2 breakfast burritos a breakfast crunch wrap and a breakfast quesadilla. Thank you!

It was my son, the OTR trucker, horrible experience. I just had to share. Spent $25 and was throwing up after eating 2 dorritos Loco tacos, didn’t even finish his meal! Got No help from employees (or a refund). Kind of bad business to sell substandard food to truckers as word of mouth can ruin a business. Try checking your expiration dates and food temperatures a little more often.

Horrible customer service. The staff had me standing at the cashier and nobody even acknowledge me to take my order. They just passed by and didn’t say anything. I understand if you’re busy. I stood there for a few minutes and just walked off. Hire better workers.

Horrible customer service, 9:30 pm I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one took my order, just walked out the subway was the same way they was too busy playing around in the back to serve their customers, nice

Look, the service here was 10/10. The restaurant was clean. Cashier went above and beyond..
Now im not saying their food was powerful, but let’s just say it moved me in ways I was not physically prepared for. FOR DAYS. I cannot in good conscience rate higher due to a likely food poisoning that happened here.
This was the only food I ate in days and the reaction was severe. As a trucker, sacrifices had to be made. I will never eat Taco Bell again.

Horrible location! Although I will say it has gotten better over the years. This group of employees is better than the last! Previous ones would not think twice about cussing out a customer! They will make your crunchy tacos then drop your nacho fries so by the time the fries are done your tacos are soggy and horrible!

I came here to get lunch, one burrito, supreme, extra beef, and no cheese, one soft taco supreme, no cheese. They got the soft taco correct however they thought when I said extra beef that I meant extra beans and would not fix it. They also claimed their machine was down and refused to give me a receipt. Guessing from the reviews, I would say the employees at this location have a problem with truck drivers because it’s mainly the truck drivers that have the problem with their orders, including mine or maybe it’s the fact that I’m a veteran that they refused to correct my order?
