I placed a pickup order today around 12:40 and my coworker went to pick it up, this blonde lady was being super rude to them saying it’s not here and she never actually checked, I even sent them the order confirmation if that location saying it was ready to be picked up over 15 minutes ago. The disrespect that lady was giving was unbelievable and unprofessional, my coworker then went inside gave them another name it could’ve been under but still was being treated poorly. I never got my order and my coworker ended up buying a replacement for me and this is what they give me, it’s unacceptable and depressing. Don’t come here, they treat you with no respect or decency whatsoever.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this Chipotle location that’s advertised to close at 11:00 PM, only to find the line already broken down hours before closing. The first time, I arrived around 9:00 PM and everything was already put away. This time, I went even earlier—8:24 PM—and the situation was exactly the same.
I specifically went in for the agua frescas, but they were already emptied out and cleaned up. The entire kitchen looked like it was closing down and ready to leave for the night. So whatever food they’re serving after 8:00 PM appears to just be leftovers from earlier in the day.
When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that “upper management wants us out by 10:30 PM.” I pointed out that it was only 8:30 PM, two and a half hours before their posted closing time, and he had nothing else to say.
To make matters worse, the last time we came in, the rice was mushy and overly salty, which just added to the disappointment.
It’s extremely frustrating and misleading for customers to see the store listed as open until 11:00 PM when, in reality, it’s effectively shut down hours earlier. If the store plans to close early, that should be reflected on Google and their website instead of wasting people’s time. This is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve been to.

Came to this chipotle tonight. Mind you, door has a sign that says they close at 11 which is the reason we decided to go in. The entire store was being shut down, and the employees clearly didn’t want us there. I asked a couple questions and the girl serving the food gave me half answers and was very clearly annoyed that we were there. I would understand if we walked in at 10:45 or later. But we walked in at 10:03. A full almost hour before closing time.
We also payed for two drinks just to be shown a minute later that they had already shut down all the drinks and that their drink machine wasn’t working. Why charge us for the drinks if that’s the case?
I asked the guy by the drink machines why charge us for the drinks if the machines are down and he just stared at me. Seriously disappointed with the way we were just greeted, treated, and served.

Food portion was good, but the service was really terrible. Shame as i attend this location quite often. Have never been treated like this before and I’ve come even later than this. We also didn’t get a choice between dining in or taking the food to go as they had already put up all the chairs on the tables. A full hour before closing. Why stay open until 11 if you clearly don’t want clients there at 10:10 eating.

I order from here about 1-2 times a month. I always order ahead and pick up in the drive thru lane. The employees are very nice when they greet me at the window. Lately I’ve been getting the red chimichurri sauce because I really like it, but they always toss it haphazardly in the bag so when I open it everything is covered in oil. I always get a side of chips and they are stale about 50% of the time, which seems to be a Chipotle standard at any location. Only one time my order was incorrect, but all it was is they forgot to put salsa on it. Not ideal but not the end of the world. My portion sizes are always acceptable for me. Overall I have no issues with this location. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews.

His professionalism and strong work ethic truly stand out, and it’s clear he and his team take great pride in running this location so smoothly. Jayden also helped me with my pickup during this visit, and I really appreciated his attentiveness and great attitude. I always look forward to coming here because the experience is consistently quick, pleasant, and the food is always 10/10.

If you need more proof that Chipotle is not a customer centric business then read on.

I walked in with my family in tow, my 6 year old loves their cheese quesadillas. We walked to the counter and began our order, the staff member apologized that they were out of soft shell tacos so they couldn’t make the quesadilla. I said, “that’s ok, just do a large one” thinking he can bring the rest home. Then I was told that they only do the large quesadillas through online order.

I’m standing in an empty restaurant (we are the only ones present) and being told that I can’t order a quesadilla because I would have to do it online. What in the actual hell?

I have tried to overlook the declining quality in protein, smaller portions and an altogether collapse of any reasonable customer service – but this is hostile to the customer in new and creative ways that I can’t understand.

I don’t blame the poor person behind the counter, I’m sure this is .

This is what Chipotle considers a $17.33 bowl. I’ve ordered from the Chipotle in Sanford no less than a hundred time and there is no comparison. This location half fills the bowl and charges full price. Also, the chips were at least a two days old as well as the rice and chicken. Only thing decent was the guacamole. This is why I cook the same bowl at home for a fraction of the price. I won’t return, and I would recommend you skipping this location as well.

My husband was super nice trying to talk to the girl who was making my food, but she was not up for talking which is Okay. But at least make me some good tacos. These were the smallest ever. Like no rice no pinto vesna ni meat…She did put extra corn I would say. Horrible service at this location, Will try to avoid as this is not the first time food was served in pretty bad manner or amount.

Update! I ordered tacos and chips and salsa and a side of guacamole. I picked up my order at the Chipotle lane and when I arrived home to eat, no chips. Salsa, guacamole and tacos but no chips.
Very disappointing, I can’t trust the complete my order as paid. I’ll make sure and hole theclibe up next time and open to check the sealed, taped bag.
I was right outside the Chipotle location on SR 434 in Winter Springs, FL and ordered tacos on the app. I was trying to order fast to minimize my wait and the app automatically selected a location 6 miles away without noticing it I paid for my order. 15 minute drive to pickup my food and 15 Minto get back home. Tacos are cold and crispy shells are soggy. The app location function is worthless
