The first time we went, we didn’t enjoy it, but this January we started going a lot ever since. We usually get the Amber Pearl Latte, Peach Royal Tea, and the Pearl Milk Tea. We really enjoy going to this place. We literally go here everyday! They always order perfectly with our drinks. The only thing is that it’s pretty pricey, but we still love it!

The shop is pretty spacious compared to other boba/tea places I’ve been to; there are about 8 tables with chairs & comfy booth seats. There is one bathroom, for customers only. The parking is a little cramped in this little plaza, but if you park a little further, it’s not bad. I like that this location is next to Fire Wings and across the street from Walmart. I love the honey peach smoothie with lychee coconut (add-ons are +$0.50, except the popping boba, soy milk, almond milk, and agar pearls are +$0.75). They have a wide variety of teas and smoothies, and decent add-ons. They offer snacks, like fries, popcorn chicken, egg puff, takoyaki, and calamari. They started offering a couple ramen choices also (black garlic and tonkatsu). When I go at lunch time, this place is not very busy, which is another plus.

Ordered a large Lychee Rose Royal Tea and asked for light ice and half sweet. I did get the light ice but it was still horribly sweet, the tea was OK. I just don’t think it was worth the $6 I paid. The place also looks really run down.

My favorite boba place of all time. However, they could improve a bit in customer service. Otherwise, I’m a super grateful that they allow me to bring my own jar to help reduce waste and plastic!

I really like the boba they use, the rose aloe drink it’s my favorite. However their customer service seems to be lacking. I had ordered two items the other day that both came with ranch but only received one ranch. Also when I ordered rice I didn’t receive a fork both times. No biggie, I made do. The next time I ordered I figured I’d call and ask for the extra ranch and a fork as I didn’t receive it. No answer to the phone and it just rang and rang and rang. I messaged my door dash drive to ask for the ranch, and also a fork(plastic forks aren’t an option when ordering via DoorDash) They told the driver that they couldn’t allow either one since I didn’t pay for them. So since I paid for a ranch I never received why would I pay for it again? Also since when are plastic forks an extra charge when you order a dish that needs one? Would they charge me for extra napkins next time? I never order napkins but I always get them, so why would adding a fork be an issue? I tried to call again to explain because I like ordering from this place, but if they can’t even right their wrongs why would I?

A great place to get fairly priced Boba. They have a wide selection to choose from. They also serve many snacks and even meals such as Ramen. Staff were nice and knowledgeable about all the menu items they have. They were also able to answer questions regarding anything on the menu. Seating was limited to about 4 chairs per table (only 4 tables). Store was clean, but lacked much decoration. Overall great choice if you want cheap boba tea and a side snack.

T4 used to be a go-to, but I’ve noticed the quality of the sides has really dropped over the past couple of years. The milk tea is still solid, but the drink sizes are tiny, and they almost never get the “less ice” request right. The rice based bentos are a letdown—bland, dry meat, and tasteless rice. Definitely skip those. On the other hand, the fried calamari and popcorn chicken are great, so stick to the fried sides. I’m not sure if they still have the fried lobster balls, but those were amazing. If you’re grabbing a drink, go for the large, as the regular sizes are way too small. Just avoid the bentos and main dishes.

Went to get a smoothie @8:30 they close at 9:00pm the “open” sign was lit and door was open. Went inside and attempted to order my drink, staff was mopping the floor and washing equipment. They looked at me at said all their blenders were broken. They obviously cleaned up early probably because business was slow and didn’t want to be bothered. They’re probably slow because of the poor service… will not be going back. Too bad because always try to support local businesses.

I love coming here for the Panda milk tea and the fried tofu. The staff is always great and the food is always hot and fresh.
