Zaxby’s has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants, and this has to be the best location I’ve ever been to. Hands down, the service, friendliness of the employees, and food is top notch compared to others!
My go to is always the Big Zax Snack, but Zaxby’s offers a variety of options to choose from, like the new chicken quesadilla or lemon pepper seasoning. I’ve been here quite a few times, and have only had one issue with a coupon not working, which they swiftly and courteously handled for us. Food is hot and fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and employees are attentive to anything we’ve needed. Highly recommend this location!

Update: It is much better if you go inside and get things fresh! I’m just saying. We figured we would go in and see if it was better and it was. Don’t get it delivered go to the drive-thru or go inside. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Glad I had a better experience. Updated pictures as well. The loaded fries were great! The strawberry lemonade also.
I’m not sure how much I paid for these meals and wings it was worth it.
Chicken tenders were the best part. Fries did somewhat stand up to the Uber delivery time. There was NOT 1 DRUM IN ALL THE WINGS WE BOUGHT! HMMMM??? We bought 2 wing meals and an extra set of 10 wings.. That was unnecessary. Texas toast was toasted ONLY ON 1 SIDE. And the staff forgot my slaw. Hopefully, it’s better in the restaurant.

I stopped by Zaxbys for the first time in many years. I wasn’t going to review them until I took the first bite. It was very good. I got the Kickin Chicken sandwich. Great flavor. Chicken cooked perfect and it’s a Monday night so I pretty much had the place to myself.

My wife and I really enjoyed this trip. We don’t get to visit much because we live on the opposite side of town. But every time we have this place is always very clean. Floors spotless, tables wiped down. The chicken was amazing, and the staff were always extremely friendly. Zaxbys is definitely my #1 choice when it comes to chicken, by far!

Came through the drive-through today the girl in the drive-thru
didn’t put the lids on the drinks properly so drink when she handed it to me, poured all over me and my seat! To top it off get home missing food . I’ve been going through this the past two or three times coming here. Please work on getting the food orders right and the lid is on the drink properly. I took a picture to show you next time I come through.

Overall the service and staff are great! The quality of food however is going down. This is my 3rd visit in which we have ordered food and the chicken tenders are small dry and skinny and I can literally count the number of French fries I received. This give me kids meal vibes. My 13 year old says it’s not enough for her.3 tenders are equivalent to 1 tender we use to receive. I gave them 3 chances to get it right. I will no longer be returning.
