Since they open back up the food has been undercooked twice . After the first undercooked pizza they offered a replacement which was fine and appreciated. So today we are going to get the replacement pizza. When we picked it up remind you it’s the replacement pizza from being undercooked . So when I get home I get read to eat the pizza and BAMMM THIS PIZZA IS UNDER COOKED TO. Proceeded to call the manager his name is Riley and he told me that they had just cooked up deep dish pizza for the crew and ate it and it was fine after I told him that Then he proceeded to say this his how our pizza cooked and told me to bring the pizza to put in the the oven. This is the worst service ever.

Our pizza looked like it was dropped on the floor. It was all flopped to 1 side of the box and 3 pieces did not have any toppings I called for a hour and no one answered, I drove there and the employee said they put the phones on auto hold. He said he would refund my money, hopefully.

Never had an issue with this location until tonight. The outsourced answering service that takes the orders didn’t apply the mix and match discounts and we ended up getting charged way too much. I asked the guy at the counter to go back and apply the discounts and he wouldn’t do it, refused to. This review probably won’t change your mind about HH, but make sure your bill is straight before you hand them any money because they have no clue how to keep customers happy and that was the last time we go there.
