Ordered food at 5:27 and didn’t have it until 6:34. At 6:09 the app said to pick up the pizza at the counter instead of the pizza portal it listed originally. They looked for my order and then eventually told me they lost the pizza and were making a new one. The workers were very nice and it was really busy so I understand but I do wish it hadn’t taken so long. Would have been better if I was at least offered something for the time waiting.

Made an online order. Showed up 10 minutes after the website said it would be ready. They had not started the order. Tried to sell me what was in the hot box that wasn’t even what I ordered. Just got a refund and left. Employees were just standing around talking when I walked in.

Staff marked my mobile order ready for pick up, when I came in to get it and the cashier told me they didn’t have the bread sticks. I could get wings instead or wait 8 minutes for my bread sticks I ordered, as they clearly thought they could just offer me something waiting in the warmer instead of making what I actually ordered. I ended up waiting for my breadsticks, which the cashier tried to just hand me with the sauce to carry out without a bag. He acted as if it was so awful that I asked for one. Seems like poor service before closing is acceptable to him.

Went had about 15 ppl piled up all school kids staff knows kids arrival after school they should have at least 10 pizzas made and all the other coming through oven so customers don’t have to wait. Waited 15 min but the cashier was calm did a great job skinny tall Hispanic kid worker were working as fast as they could over all they did a great job just having pizza ready was the only deal.

Every time I go in here they have music blaring from the kitchen, none of their hot and ready’s are ever ready, and I always have to wait at least 20 minutes no matter what size my order is. Seems to me like maybe their employees need to work instead of having a social gathering in the back

Placed an order half an hour ago and got to the pizza place and not only was it NOT MADE, but they made us wait another half hour because the crazy bread just fully wasn’t ready. We watched tons of people walk in and out with orders while waiting with ours and it was ridiculous. Go somewhere else for better service.

I go regularly to Little Caesars in Dodge City. The manager, Joshua, knows me by name. He makes sure to visit with me even if he isn’t upfront working. Joshua makes customers feel appreciated and respected. The customer service has gone way up, the store is clean, the product is way better. I have had one issue and my wife had one issue, and Joshua made sure to correct the mistakes immediately!

The lady that took my order always is rude and it’s always that specific one and I always seem to get a pizza that is not well cut like I actually have to cut it myself. Other times you sometimes do get a nice person and they actually cut it right. Which I appreciate those who do they’re job nicely.
