Great experience. Fast service and kind staff. I just wish the biscuits were served warm. My biscuit wasn’t warm and had a slice of cold, unmelted cheese.

Good morning. I came with high expectations, and it went left very quickly.

1. Customer service is a 10 out of 10. The whole staff is amazing, even though some of them look like they’re in a scene from “Get Out.”
2. The atmosphere is set with love and greatness.
3. It’s so clean; I love it—spotless.
4. The food, let’s say, is the McDonald’s of Waffle House. It’s fast food—pretty much pre-packaged pancakes, powdered eggs, typical fast-food breakfast. The biscuits were okay; I would try them without the butter. I do admire the fact they had options other than pork, which is very rare for South Carolina. I will be coming back for the chicken biscuits.
5. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING CHICK-FIL-WHOOOO NAW WELCOME TO BISCUITVILLE

I liked the turkey sausage, pancakes, hash brown and strawberry lemonade. The eggs were my least favorite in the meal.

You only get one time to make a first impression. Upon arrival, I wanted to dine in. No bet. The door had a sign that said “drive through only.” That’s a – 1. I proceeded and ordered a pancake platter even though I wanted to try one of those biscuits. I didn’t want to hold anyone up so I kept it simple. Ordered a side of cheese grits as well. Now the pancakes where a decent size. They were ok. Nothing special. 7 out of 10 for me. The eggs were scrambled and cooked hard with cheese. No complaints. I was happy they had sausage patties instead of links. It was sufficient. The grits had a lil flavor but I still had to doctor them up a little. Overall it wasn’t bad but I feel like if I didn’t have to eat it in my car the experience would’ve been different. I have to try it again because the drive thru menu was full of food I wanted to try. So I’ll try it agian.

Went back again, and the inside was open. At first glance I thought to myself, ok. Decent setup. But after I got my sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo, I didn’t have many choices to sit at. Not because it wasn’t anywhere to sit. The problem was that more than half of the places to sit needed to be attended to. I’m not saying it was filthy, but it needed some cleaning. Finally found a place to eat my combo. I subbed out the side for cheese grits. I had them a day or so before, so I thought everything was going to be the same. Unfortunately, they were not as previously tasted. They were very runny, even with cheese. Tastes burnt as well. I could only speculate as to why they tasted like that but we’re runny. My only guess was that is was after 1pm and they were getting ready to close. Overall i guess I expect to much from a franchise biscuit place. Overall I’d say the biscuit was prefect minus it being room temperature. I’d probably try it again. But I will not leave my residence specially to go to biscuitville. Can’t wait till whataburger opens

I wasn’t a fan of this place when they first opened. Then a coworker told me about the spicy honey chicken biscuit. I had fallen in love at first bite. This is the only thing I order when I go here. Staff isn’t too bad. They were extra friendly when I stopped by this morning. I have only been inside once and it was clean from what I could see. Please excuse my half eaten sandwich. I was too excited and forgot to take a before picture.

Me n my wife rolled through here. 5/22/24 @ 7:20 and ordered. The crew wears hair nets . The staff is Very professional I’ll definitely go back. If you don’t know the close at 2pm daily. And the only bad thing was they forgot one of the cheese grits on my ordered but I. Ain’t tripping over 60€ cents . This was also at the Killian Rd location.

It was nice that they welcome every customer who comes in the door. The service was very good. Place is clean. The food was good but not 5 star good. Fresh biscuits are good but I like mine a little more crispy and buttery. The Hashbrown casserole i was not a fan. The apple cider muffins are Delicious!! Hot and moist. Flavor was great. I will stop again to try other options. Over all pleased.

The biscuits are made in the house, but everything else seems to be just heat and serve.
The latte was not good, the biscuits were a little doughy to me. I’ve had better.
The staff is on point friendly and moving the lines.

The pics online on how the breakfast looks is very deceiving. Whataburger has wayyy better breakfast than this place. Its pancakes are flimsy, small microwaveable pancakes like the ones from McDonald’s. Powdered eggs, highly disappointed. The pics make it look like the breakfast is actually good… it’s not. Save your money. This place needs to just stick to biscuits !
