The Papa Murphy’s crew has always consistently delivered whenever we choose to come in.
Their staff is among the best out of all the Pizza chains in Laramie. Their manager Anthony really knows his stuff and has an efficient crew and keeps things moving smoothly and efficiently.
In the days leading up to Thanksgiving they are super busy I’m sure—and Anthony and his team displayed cool heads and smooth service even though they had a lobby full of people and Online orders out the wazoo.
99/10 definitely would pizza again.

Went here the other day for the first time and was super surprised by how good it was. I was well greeted by staff and my pizza was way faster than I expected. A friendly with a lip piercing made my food and it was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Trevor needs some training in safe food handling he kept rubbing his nose with his forearm while preparing pizzas, and even lifting up his work shirt scratching his stomach under his shirt. He answered the phone, worked the cash register. He grabbed gloves from the box without washing his hands after doing all of these things. PLEASE do some food handling safety training and hygiene policies for your employees this was disgusting to watch but we had already paid.

I ordered online because that’s what I’m always asked when I enter versus hello. The pizza wasn’t ready because they were closing up and cleaning the makelines. I ordered the pizza 33 minutes before they close, so no excuses as to
Why it wasn’t prepared yet.Nobody was in uniform, the dessert side that was ordered online and showed available was not prepared because they were “out.” They could’ve made one quickly but chose to be lazy.
I used to run some of the busiest PM stores in Wisconsin. If any of my staff treated gave any of our guests the experience that I’ve had at this location(this isn’t the first time I’ve left disappointed), they would be terminated. The fact that this store even exists is mainly because it’s situated next to a college campus. The service I’ve experienced at this location is laughable at best. I really love the product! But whoever the franchise owner of this location is, should know what is happening and how their staff is treating customers. The girl at the register absolutely should be unemployed. Big nose piercing and glasses should make it easy to narrow that down. I hope that the owner is able to find some quality staff to improve this location…it needs it!

We’ve now started ordering weekly because of the quality service and food that this Papa Murphys has been dishing up. The staff here have ALL been friendly, helpful and have gotten our orders right. I would HIGHLY reccomend an order (delivery available at the current time 12/18).
