Ordered our food. Waited 25 mins for our food. When it came out it was cold and the fries were stale. The new dill pickle ranch curds had all of the cheese cooked out of it and they were hard as a rock. All fries were also put in the bag upside down. Very unhappy with the service and how the staff carried themselves when it came to consumer satisfaction and when I brought the issue to the counter.

I come here on national free root beer float day said by corporate to come here not get served or even say hello to one second or nothing for like 15 minutes and then they say you have to pay two dollars cash for the free root beer float. But you have to use cash you can’t use card which I didn’t have. On the website it said you can flex for a root beer float for free. I don’t think these workers understand what’s going on here today.. need new workers here. Horrible people

This place is very dingy.
The walls are bare, the ice machine. It was out of ice with a sign on it. So I asked if they could fill my ice up thru the drive through machine. They gave me attitude and said that I should read signs.Then I stated that there was no sign on the drive through machine walked over to the gas station and the gas station had ice, very poor customer service from the they them, girl, boy, whatever they are with the circular glasses and shoulder long hair i worked here probably 7 years ago. And thought the service then sucked, but it’s just got even worse.

We stopped excited about A&W since we don’t have any near us anymore, but this location was all around disappointing. The people aren’t attentive to the counter, too busy talking! Once they took the order we waited 20 minutes for our order only to find that the chili dogs had cheese that we specifically said we didn’t want on them. Even though it was lunchtime we were the only customers at that time. It took another 10 minutes to get them remade. Once we got them, they had huge onions (2 inches by a half inch) and our fries were cold. We’ve tried all three A & W’s along 90 and we’ll skip this one! Go to the one next to the cheese shop, much better all around!

Chili cheese fries only came with chili. When up at the counter with food in my hand was looked at with a blank stare by some chick with a nose ring. The other clueless kids walking around ignored me also. Three other people standing there to order food were just being blantly ignored. Everything is dirty over the counter by the condiments. Only positive was the chicken tenders were good. Probably because that was the freshest thing that place has made in a while cause my fries were hard and cold. Worst A&W iv been too.
