This place is the real deal. If you like Mexican flavors, as opposed to Mexican inspired American food this is the place to go. It’s not fancy, but it is clean and the food is excellent. I ordered for tacos : Chicharron,chicken,Chorizo and pastor. Each one had a unique flavor well matched for its ingredient. The menu is much more extensive than tacos and I think there will be something for everyone.

Terrible. Used to be good. Tried to order carne asada, nope out. Ordered encheladas…6 minutes waiting they advised nope out. Finally settled for rice burrito, 2 chicken tacos…very bland, no sauce, had sharp bones. Low quality.

First time at the bodega. I had two tacos carne asada with rice and beans. (#3 on the menu) Flavors were good, produce was fresh, steak was juicy, and the staff was very kind and patient. I will be coming back for more tacos!

I’m rating this place as fairly as possible for what it is, a Mexican market with an old Mexican cantina style restaurant. What the restaurant lacks in flair when it comes to decor, waiters, and creative cuisine, it makes up in basic, authentic flavors. I ordered the Menudo and was not disappointed. I’d only recommend this place for those who like genuine Mexican flavors.

Came in to this unassuming little restaurant tucked in this Mexican market and I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavor, portion, and fair pricing of my meal ! For lunch, I am definetely coming back to eat my way through the menu because it left me invigorated and wanting more !

Will not go back and will definitely warn people away! Didn’t get what I ordered, food was lukewarm, and a teaspoon of meat in each enchilada. A little lettuce and cheese sprinkled on top. Really, people aren’t stupid and I’ll absolutely not return to someplace that takes advantage. Btw, the pictures on here and their website look nothing like the food. Is there a new owner?

Tiny Mexican grocery store with excellent food and service. We came in for lunch with no expectations and left very satisfied. This place will not disappoint. The food portions are good they use a lot of cilantro with homemade hot sauces and salsa! So yummy! If you like Mexican food you have to check it out!!!

I never take the time to do this but this is how badly my experience was. The food had a hair in it and when my family told the waitress, she just laughed it off. My drinks were expired, they expired in March and now its June, which shows how often they check their inventory. A health inspector should come in and take a look at the quality of the food because it was horrible. To those thinking about coming here, go anywhere else, pleas. You’ll regret it if you go and eat there. The food was incredibly expensive as well. Bad quality, bad service and the cooks were talking badly about us. If I could give 0 stars I would.
