Ordered large two topping pizza to feed grandsons and myself. Delivery promised between 6.20-6.30. The order froze midway first time so had to resubmit it. App froze at preparing so no idea if it was getting close to delivery. Then at 6.33 I get notice it was delivered at 6.31 but no pizza at our home. I wait ten minutes and call PH. Young man is apologetic, says Grub Hub has it out for delivery. I felt like it was the all too common situation where the store was likely understaffed and running behind. He did say the app was often inaccurate re prep and delivery times. He said to call back if it didn’t arrive shortly. The photo shows pizza and in box when opened with time received…burned cheese on kids’ half, nearly cold, and late by 20-25 minutes.
I really prefer PH for delivery pizza but this poor service etc seems to have become norm for this store, at least in last 3-4 times I’ve ordered from them over last year+. I cannot recommend this PH unless they show steady and significant improvement in quality and timely delivery .

I went to pickup 2 pizzas as usual but we stayed in the pickup line for almost 1hr and the driver of the car in the front of the line went to every car and said there are only 2 people that are in no rush whatsoever. Those employees should know better and actually care about their customers. If you are going to get Pizza Hut, get it from Columbia Avenue. Way better there.

Once again, I placed an online order, and when my husband and I arrived, we gave our name and waited about 10 minutes. The order still wasn’t ready. A couple of minutes later, we were asked what we had ordered, but the food was still not prepared. This has happened more than once, which makes the online ordering process frustrating. I hope this can be improved moving forward.

We placed an order for several pizzas and we are happy with our order that was done sooner than expected. We have 5 hungry children that were excited to have fast service. The pizza was great and the staff was excellent. Fun, fast, professional. 10/10 recommend this location and we are definitely going to be returning customers.

I went to this location in July and there were 2 car’s in the drive thru but the people were inside because no one would come to the window. So I went inside and there was a female eating Cracker Barrel at the register ( and everywhere on the counter there was space) and she told it would be a minute and I said no problem I see my pizzas and they are paid for so I’ll just grab them. Suddenly she had had time and handed them to me. Tried again last month and ordered a pizza because I had rewards. Ordered the pizza, got the confirmation and when I arrived was told they don’t make rewards pizzas when they have other orders. It would be nice if corporate would step in at some point unless they are comfortable with 2.5 stars. This establishment makes frozen pizza look gourmet.

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My order was over an hour late, and neither in the lobby nor in the drive-thru did anyone acknowledge me. I waited more than 20 minutes at the drive-thru window with three different employees walking by multiple times without saying a word. I eventually had to knock on the window just to get someone’s attention.
What’s worse is that every customer who came in during the 1.5 hours period was treated the same way. Truly unacceptable and inexcusable.

App said delivered, but I had no pizza. I call store to inquire, he said app is wrong and don’t pay attention to it. I’m thinking driver delivered to wrong house and after store called him he picked it up from wrong house and delivers me shifted pizza that’s been thrown around at two house. Drivers lost and store clerks lying for him. This stores always been crappy.

We ordered from this location on 10/8. The pizzas arrived smashed, they had obviously slid off the seat in the car. I called and informed the staff and they said all they could do was send another one, but it was too little too late.
I called a few days later and spoke to a manager who told me that not only would I receive a complete refund, but a credit for the same amount would be added to my account.
I never received a refund. I called today to order pizza and was told I have no credit on my account.
I won’t order from here again.

Had a pizza delivered and they delivered a pizza with no sauce or cheese. Called to complain and the best they offered was a credit that I have to call in to use and it wasn’t the even the full price. Bad customer service, bad pizza, waste of money. Don’t go here.
