This was a casual Korean restaurant. Food was pretty good with a nice amount of options to choose from. The server was pretty busy serving all the tables by herself, so you may have to get her attention, but that’s okay. She was nice.

* Crispy Wings 5/5 – I was debating between the flavored wings, but went with the classic Korean Fried Chicken. These were so good. They had a light, crispy exterior. The meat was so juicy and tender. There’s also a spicy chili sauce on the side that may be the same sauce for the YangnYum Wings. It was okay.

* Galbi 3.5/5 – The meat was well marinated. It was savory with a hint of sweetness. Quite tender also. The issue was that some pieces were burnt, giving a bad aftertaste. There wasn’t that much either, so not sure if it was worth the price.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but the Soondubu Jjigae is the most cheaply made and inauthentic dish I’ve had in the entire state. There was no ox bone soup flavor, and the recipe used kimchi and three different types of roughly chopped boiled onion to mask the tastelessness of putting the minimal amount of meat in the soup. I suspect this is why there wasn’t any spice level to choose from on the menu.

The server didn’t pay me any attention despite repeated eye contact. I had to actively ask for a refill on the three banchan they had, which were not up to the standard that every other Seattle Korean restaurant offers.

They charge the same prices as the other places, though. I unfortunately won’t be returning.

Really enjoyed this place! The food was tasty, and the service was excellent. The guy who served us was very polite and friendly.

Must try: Chicken fried wings.
We also had the seafood pancake and squid stir fry, and both were great.

The interior is a little compact, but it’s in a good location.

When I walked in, no one greeted or guided me. Even after being seated, no one came to our table for nearly 10 minutes. I had to grab the menu myself.

The food took a long time to come out, and during the entire meal, the server never checked on us even once. I watched the restaurant to see if it was busy, but it didn’t seem particularly crowded.

I ordered the kimchi fried rice. The portion was large, but it was extremely salty and overpriced. The person at the register was unfriendly, and overall it was not a pleasant experience.

I’ve lived in seattle for a long time and international district has so many good places it’s impossible to try them all. I saw this last night and got it and it’s about the best spicy fried chicken I’ve had in seattle. Great menu. Great prices.

So i want to eat korean food after an afternoon of walking around and randomly i decided to go to this resto, i think i am really hungry but i ordered bibimbap, chicken wings, seafood pancake, and kimchi jjigae. With beer of course. The ahjumma must be surprised that i ordered a lot . The owner is korean so this is a legit place. Then when i can’t finish them all i ordered to go box and maybe the server man noticed i didn’t get up after paying so he gave me a corn tea. To help with digestion,, but hey it worked. Thank you to the staff, i wish i can visit them again.. when i come back,,,

Everything was really great. Staff was wonderful and attentive. We got the seafood pancake, wings, and soup.

They knocked it out of the in park on all fronts. Wings were seasoned and coated nicely but still crispy. The seafood pancake had a crisp exterior with a soft Interior. Soup was flavorful and packed with tofu.

5/5 will go back again.
