Delicious sushi, really great lunch specials. I was very satisfied with the sushi bento listed in the lunch menu. Not pictured are crab chips, which were these delectable fried wontons with a creamy crab salad mixture on top — mmm so delicious! Will def be going back for more to eat yummy sushi while supporting local!

Found our new favorite sushi restaurant! Service was immaculate, portion sizes were excellent, and the food was delicious. Get the Manhattan Roll! If you haven’t tried Sushi Yoshino, you should.

I recently visited a charming little neighborhood sushi bar that I’d been eyeing for a while, especially since I was craving a hot sake on a rainy day. This place turned out to be a delightful find!

The restaurant is small and intimate, with just a handful of tables. I was fortunate to snag the last available table, as the place was quite busy. Despite there being only one person working the floor, I was greeted promptly and served efficiently. My initial concern about slow service was quickly put to rest as my hot sake and appetizers arrived in no time.

I tried the tuna tataki, which had a stronger pepper flavor than what I’m accustomed to, but it was an interesting twist. I also ordered a couple of rolls and a sashimi appetizer, which were both delicious. The rolls came with a fresh salad, and to my surprise, the chef (who I suspect is also the owner) sent out a complimentary crab salad with chips. This thoughtful gesture really added to the warm, personal touch of the experience.

The cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal on a rainy day. I’ll definitely be returning here the next time the weather calls for comfort food. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a friendly, intimate dining experience with great sushi!

I was looking for sushi place near the ymca and stumbled upon this place. It was a quiet but comfy place. We ordered some appetizers to start. Including edamame and the fish panko. Both were quite delicious. Next we ordered tempura, California and the special lobster, as well as the crunch roll. Every roll was delicious with its own distinct flavor. My favorite of all was the lobster roll the presentation was on point. They also provided us with complementary crab meat, spicy tacos. They were great. We will definitely be returning. Pretty good experience in here. Great service. Prices are on the higher side and you can see they’ve been increased with inflation past few years. But the food was commensurate. They even gave us a few extra appetizers to taste.

The most disgusting tonkatsu or donkatsu soup I haber tried. Salty, the ramen was sticky disgusting. Bad service. This restaurant has gone down like hell. $15 for soup. I spent $50 eating there. Don’t waste your money.

We had not eaten here much during the pandemic, but we’ve been going almost weekly for a month and have enjoyed dining in. This is a family owned business, and they are super kind. We’re often brought a wonderful appetizer for free, to encourage us to try different things. And while the food is amazing, the Spicy Crab Chips are super yummy. You get 5 and they alone are nice and filling. I hope this local restaurant survives…business hasn’t gotten back to pre-pandemic levels and they need customers!
