I usually wouldn’t leave a review for a Subway®, but this location needs some help. Today, when selecting my sandwich, I was told that it was not available and neither was another type of sandwich that I asked for. This was the first time I had ever been told that it was not available, but I thought no big deal. I would try another. When looking at the meat, it was obvious that it was in the freezer as the entire bin was covered in frost, and the meat was all wet from the frosting. I have never seen this in another subway store and otherwise look to be un appetizing. I wanted to do the sandwich of the day but instead I had to purchase a full foot-long with chips and a drink cost almost $17-$18. I don’t know who is the manager is here, but this location needs to be revamped and the process for putting out the meat needs to be done earlier, so it doesn’t look wet and soggy in front of the customer. There were no soft drinks available. Overall, this location appears to not be paid attention to as everything is falling apart. I didn’t get cookies today because they looked terrible and there were only about four or five on display. Clearly there needs to be better staffing, and better management present on site. I love Subway®, but I will not return to this location.

I wish I caught her name but the woman working around 6pm on 11/7/25 with red hair. She was the nicest most polite subway worker I’ve ever had. She did a phenomenal job on our subs, usually the meatball is always sloppy but you can tell she cared and took her time. I appreciate it very much!

The young man that was working around lunchtime today was great! Honestly, I was having a rough day but the very short interaction I had with him brightened my mood. He was fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you young sir for being so pleasant!

I have been 4 times to this Subway in the last 30 days. Everytime at night, around 9pm (they close at 12am)… Meatballs are never available. So if you’re craving for some meatballs at night just go to a different location.

Very disappointed Soggy mess. I ordered turkey foot long BOGO and bread was soggy and not edible. I also selected onions and lettuce and for some reason the sandwiches didnt have them. Here’s some advice Subway don’t put wet vegetables on bread. One and done. Im glad it was BOGO

The young lady Monday evening 7/7/25 did fine, but the boy that was supposed to be working with her, spent the entire time playing video games and ignoring her request for assistance in view of the customers.
In addition the store is dirty and there is a metal barrier so you can’t see what they are doing with your food. From what it sounds like from other reviews do NOT trust this local.

Granted I haven’t come to this location in like 10 years but this is the second week in a row I have come to this location and the service sucks! Last week I got one online order and another order, just two sandwiches. My online order was not ready and I had to wait in line for 40 minutes to even place my order. My second visit I had placed an online order at 10:50 a.m., I arrive at the location at 11:14. They hadn’t even made my order. Which was only one sandwich. There was nobody in the store other than the employees. There was food all over the damn floor it was disgusting. I do not recommend coming to this place for service or cleanliness. If you do come, good luck!

If I could give this place a zero star, I would! I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes without any greeting and once I asked if I could be helped was denied service because the general manager said he could, it’s his store. There was a nice young woman who tried to take my order but was pointed at and yelled at like a dog as he said “get! You know better than to argue with me!” And she never said a word and simply obeyed. General manager was extremely rude. He offered no hospitality or any customer service as a manager should and if I was talked to like that, as an employee for simply trying to do my job, I’d quit. Worst general manager I’ve ever come across! Would not recommend this location! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Price 4 sandwich was $31and no drinks and chips the casher even ask if I wanted to tip. We always have loved subway. But this was the worst lunch. This will be our last visit.
