Erik’s DeliCafé is right across the street from Pumpernickel Pete’s place so whenever I visit him I always stop there and snag a couple of sandos! Today was no exception to my rule of snagging turkey with avocado on toasted sourdough, and let me just say this one word description…WOW!

Your strawberry field salad has the potential to be delicious. (Delivered via Fooda app) Once I removed the yellow and rotten spinach leaves it had better taste.
Perhaps you can consider a fresh greens supplier and train your salad makers not to include rotten leaves.

The workers who are full time are so lovely. It’s nice to see the same faces when I visit once or twice a week. I’m vegetarian and I highly recommend the autumn squash soup and sweet beet salad or the light and tasty combo with small salad and cup of soup. I also enjoy the veggie sandwiches. I used to always order ahead and do takeout but the environment and free drink made me switch to eating in.

Erik’s is great. They have gluten free foods and they ask if it’s an allergy or preference. For me it’s an allergy. The food is good and people are very pleasant.
