I had a 5k race this morning and decided to pop in for a quick bite before it started. So glad I did!

What a gem located in Lincolnshire. I got a carmel latte and the chorizo benedict with hashbrowns. The chipotle hollandaise sauce was amazing and packed so much flavor. The chorizo had a kick and added a little bit of spicy to the dish. The hashbrowns were just the way I like them. Golden and crispy on top. It was a decent portion so I was able to take half to go to enjoy later.

All the servers are so friendly. Shout out to my server Maria who took great care of me. If this place wasn’t so far from my place in Wrigley, I’d be here all the time! Highly recommend.

Plenty of Huevos in Lincolnshire is a brunch lover’s dream! I recently met up with some friends and we enjoyed the delicious flavors and creative dishes. The standout for me was the Chorizo Benedict—a perfect twist on a classic, with a kick of spicy chorizo that complemented the perfectly cooked eggs and rich hollandaise. We also enjoyed the chilaquiles, which were crispy, savory, and smothered in a fantastic salsa.

To wash it all down, we indulged in some drinks. The micheladas were expertly crafted—spicy, tangy, and refreshing—while the mimosas were top-notch as well.

While the food and drinks were a solid 10/10, the service was a bit on the slow side. Our server was friendly and attentive when they were at our table, but there were some noticeable delays in between.

Despite the slower pace, the experience was still very positive. The great food and lively atmosphere more than made up for it. Plenty of Huevos is a great spot for a memorable brunch with friends.

Plenty of Huevos is a unique breakfast and lunch spot. Parking is easy and you go thru the main doors of the building to get to their entrance. They offer outdoor shaded seating.

We were seated right away. I really enjoyed reading the menu as there was plenty of variety and combinations. I ordered the vegetable omelette with fresh fruit and warm wrapped tortillas. It was a beautiful plate and everything tasted delicious. My friend ordered the special (minus the salsa) avocado benedict which was plated beautifully! They had really cool items like tres leches pancakes as well as a variety of crepes and so many other items I wanted to try.

I like how they had every imaginable condiment already on the table. Luisa our waitress was friendly and helped us with our order. This place was really clean too. We’ll be back!

I only went there once with my kids but I don’t think I’ll go back again. My daughter and I both ordered chicken wrap, and as you can see, it’s basically lettuce wrap, there is barely chicken there. And it’s around $17, imo, over priced.

Very nice brunch place, the staff were accommodating when moving us outside to the patio. Food was delicious and came out fast. I reccomend the strawberry mango crepes. I was also pleasantly surprised with how good the ice vanilla latte was, not too sweet!

They give you plenty of portions and the service was good. It’s a little weird that front door is locked and someone have to open the door for you but otherwise everything else was good

Highly recommend!! When you walk in the place is warm and inviting. Food was delicious – bursting with flavor, fresh and high-quality ingredients, nice presentation. The best chilaquiles I’ve ever had – tasted very authentic. Service was excellent – everyone was very friendly, dirty plates were cleared immediately, staff was super sweet with the 2 year old we had with us, we didn’t have to ask for a single thing the entire time. Everything was also very clean at this establishment. I’m glad we found this gem and I can’t wait to go back and try more things!

Delightful dining experience! The breakfast was delicious – we had the red salsa chilaquiles with chicken, carnivore omelet with green salsa, and the churro french toast. The salsas were so flavorful and authentic – the green is perfect if you like mild and red is good if you like spicy. The chicken was so yummy too! The cafe de olla was perfection. The churro french toast was better than actual churros. So fresh – the marscapone and chocolate dipping sauce was a nice touch. On top of that we loved the authenticity of this place – the Spanish music, the clever sign, and staff who is super friendly. Felt right at home and will be back!
