The food is delicious and the service is amazing! They have a new menu item called the Lobster Roll. It’s the very colorful one on the bottom in the photo. Very rich flavors. Has strawberries in it which makes it so refreshing! The roll above it is the Sumo Roll. It’s my husband’s and my favorite go-to roll and the owner added crunchy bits to the top this time! The Avalanche I is the roll to the right of the Sumo, and oh my goodness, it was delectable! The one on the very top is the Volcano roll. That was very yummy as well.
Most people order to go, but dining in and eating it as soon as it’s served makes the already tasty sushi even more delicious.

Once again, an incredible dining experience at Sakura Sushi Express. The seafood is super fresh and is presented as a work of art. Obviously you can just order off the menu, or you can tell the server the seafood you enjoy, the number of rolls you want, and let them go to work. You end up with a fantastic sushi extravaganza.

I’ll try it again sometime, but my first visit was so-so. Kind owner/manager. Restaurant was empty (mid-day) and I asked what her favorite roll was to eat or to make. She asked what fish I like, which is ALL, but I named usuals tuna, salmon… and she suggested the Erie Roll which turned out to not have any fresh fish (imitation crab salad inside, outer layer of imitation crab). It tasted fine, was unexpectedly salty, looked pretty. I’ll maybe get sashimi if I return. Not sure what factored into suggesting I have a salty sushi roll with no fish in it. Mistakenly thought the opportunity to ask the boss for suggestion being my 1st time there and empty restaurant would’ve been an excellent choice.
