Only had some apppitizers but they were yummy. Deep fried cheese curds were lightly breaded and had some green onion bits. Much lighter version than the typical kind and were great with O Gold beer. The burnt end corn dogs were an amazing riff on the fletcher corn dogs that are a staple at most southern state fairs. Batter was crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Slightly sweet and the homemade ketchup paired well. The smoked cream cheese salmon spread on their homemade bread was crazy good. Plenty of salmon in the spread so the cream cheese didn’t overpower the flavors. The homemade bread was like Texas toast on steroids! I could eat a whole loaf of that bread.
