My brother and I just got the SpongeBob meal here. Let me just say, you made the world’s greatest fry cook proud. Everything was so good and our krabby patties were wrapped with such care in their paper blankets…just like when SpongeBob tucked in the pickles under the slice of cheese and then read them a bedtime story. Perfection.

The store is always clean and everyone at the store is nice. This one is one of my favorite BK to go in Hermitage TN. Today I had an issue with my online order and Ms.Tonya the manager help resolve it.she was nice as well as her team. This all happened about 5:40pm on 02/24/2026 . So if you ever have an issue or your order is wrong she and her team doesn’t mind helping to resolve the issue or refund you your item. Thank you and I hope you guys have a blessed day

Solid four and especially good for a BK. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and well made and the dining area is one of the cleanest I’ve ever sat in. The physical location is a little thrown off but other than that this was a great “fast” breakfast option.

Arrived at this location drive thru at 1:05 pm on November 28, 2025 , before placing my order I had some questions about menu items/ deals. I began asking questions and the employee was extremely RUDE inpatient with an attitude and rushed me. So immediately I said no thanks ma’am I wont be eating here with this type of service. I called the restaurant as I drove off asking to speak with management and or higher supervision the rude employee that worked the drive thru was “claiming” to be the manager that answered the phone. I explained the situation that happened when I was trying to place an order management/staff was RUDE again kept getting smart and arguing with me SMH. This is my biggest reason why I don’t eat fast food due to poor customer service and experiences. The way I was spoken to and treated is unacceptable and especially from management.

Let me start by saying I placed my order online. I wanted to try the new wrap and was very disappointed ! It should be $1. The wrap is mostly tortilla. It was also missing a sauce and had a terrible tomato. I wanted to try the new cotton candy drink but was told the machine was defrosting (okay cool) so I say just give me frozen coke thinking she would put cream on top since yanno I just paid extra for the cream version ( I was mistaken). So I asked for a sauce to makeup for me spending a little extra on a cotton candy ice cream drink and she kind of seemed bothered by that?????

Came in about 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon, store was slow so it’s hard to judge how do things go when busy. Anyway, I was prompted fast, food order was correct so was my meal. Taste was as expected so I have no reason to complain about that at all.
Outside of store is kept very nice with quite nice landscaping and fresh looking red mulch. Really liked donations box for clothing and shoes out on the parking lot. Would give 5 stars but after visiting restroom I changed my mind. Toilet was full of urine and quite dirty. It was slow enough for crew to have time to check that and clean. 4 stars

Dropped in specifically for the Italian chicken sandwich, took advantage of the two for $6 deal. Not only is there supposed to be sauce on both sides, there’s not enough sauce between both sandwiches to cover just one of them. The whole point of the sandwich is the sauce. There are just too many food options around here to give this place a second chance. An extra star was given for good customer service at the drive-thru.

Went through the drive thru and it was super fast and the staff was very courteous and kind.

The food was super hot, which can be hit and miss.

Fries were delicious!!!! And super hot.

I tried the new impossible whopper that is 100% beef free which I was very happy because as a non-meat eater, I love having this choice.
And it was amazing. I really liked the taste, the texture.
