My family frequents this subway pretty often. I have had a few subs here, usually online pick up. The food is good. The only downside, is that there is only one person working, usually, and so I often have to wait for my sandwich to be made, even though I ordered ahead. But, the staff is friendly and they do load up your sandwich and makes it just as you request.

This Subway claims to be open until 9:30 pm, but when I arrived at 9:00 pm it was already closed. Employees were inside wasting time and refused to serve customers. They are robbing 30 minutes of service from the posted hours, which is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience

Lady with the bangs was rude and gave attitude to customers!! She did seem pretty under stress because she said that she just got the order and was by herself, but because of that my sandwich came out wrong and I lost my appetite she said something under her breath, the subway on Dale Mabry is your best bet.

The customer service it of premium quality. I was very happy with everything I experienced at this location.the food was made perfectly, and they had experienced a rush of people while I was there,and the associates were kind, courteous, and quick with their service. They went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy, and everyone left with a smile. The food tasted fresh, looked amazing, and was exactly what I came there to get with nothing looking old.
The associates had a family friendly vibe, and inspired a friendly, warm feel to the experience.

Well Im a regular costumer and the ladys at the store all always friendly and always ask how they can help always smiling. but now they have this new lady the basicly look at me and let me waiting no even ask me anything she ignore

I visit this location a least 2 times a week and I’m never disappointed. The store is always clean, the service is always fast and the staff is always Friendly. The manager Nikki always takes the time to ensure that my order is exactly as I requested and always has a smile on her face. Her crew really respects her and they make the environment very inviting.
