This place is down the street from my house so we sometime order take out, generally their rice bowls. The bowls itself are good but they often are out of white meat chicken and a few times I’ve ordered white meat and they gave me dark meat so keep an eye out. Tables and floors are generally sticky/dirty and the resturant is kept at an ungodly temperature, picyure attached has the thermostat at 83*. The staggering have always been great and their quick to turn around your order.

Stopped by on the way through and it was great! I was a little nervous to see the kitchen kind of quiet at first but they were very helpful and attentive with my order. Didn’t wait long for food, and the service was great. Fantastic choice for a healthy meal.

Floors & tables were dirty and the drink machine was out of syrup. They were not busy so really no excuse for the restaurant to be in that shape. The customer service was good. The food was hot and fresh.

It was my first time at this location. The water on the floor and overall unclean tables should have been the first clue. The tortillas tasted like dirty grill and the meat was cold.

Road trip, dining near the Tesla chargers. Never been to a WaBa before. Walked in and the floor was sticky. Ordered the house salad with avocado, wild salmon and sesame dressing. The salad was good. The amount of plastic this place uses is CRAZY. Utensils are wrapped in plastic, the salad bowl is plastic, dressings come in small plastic containers and the food is put up on the counter in a plastic bag! The store owner would save on condiments if staff asked the diner if they wanted any sauces. Had I known, I would have said no to the “croutons” and the extra sauces which I threw away. The ladies room toilet has a broken handle and had no toilet paper. A worker remedied that when I let her know.

EAT SMART, BE HEALTHY! Is the motto. But geez, ingredients in the sauces are enough to cause brain bam’age. My rib eye steak was overcooked, but I ate it. Place needs a deep clean. No health drinks. First time here. Feel let down. Staff was cool. Maybe next time will be better. Thanks

The worst service ever. This employee sat in the resturant while I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. The worst customer service ever. Never coming back here. No wonder it was empty!!!

So my wife and I are on vacation and just hit search for near by places. God is good all the time and all the time God is good! He lead us to Waba grill and this was our first meal since touching down in Indio! My wife had the steak and chicken rice bowl. I had the chicken and shrimp rice bowl with veggies. The proteins were bomb but the sauce is what stole the show! The spicy waba sauce and the garlic Serrano sauce slap we wanted to buy a bottle but couldn’t find away to get it in the plane. I think we’re gonna have them ship it!

Food was terrible. I ordered the chicken and steak veggie bowl and they only gave me chicken. The chicken was do dry and flavorless. The veggies tasted like they had been frozen for a while. I tried calling about my order but they didn’t answer and their voicemail was not set up. Very disappointing.
